Steve snapped awake on the couch. He rubbed his forehead and looked around, wincing at the light pouring in from the curtains. He groaned and flung his legs over the side of the couch to stand up. Stumbling, he headed up the stairs to his room. Eddie was laying in the bed facing the wall so Steve did what he thought was right and laid down behind Eddie, draping his arm over Eddie's hip. "Are you awake?" He whispered as he kissed Eddie's shoulder.
"What do you care?" Eddie groaned as he moved his shoulder away. Steve sat up and gave him a puzzled look, not remembering anything from the night before.
"Because usually you check in on your loved ones?" Steve shrugged as Eddie took his hand and moved it off his hip.
"Oh I wasn't sure if you loved me." Eddie stayed facing the wall so he didn't have to look at Steve. He choked over his words, he had been up all night thinking about what Steve said. "According to last night you didn't."
"What? Munson, look at me." Steve pulled on Eddie's shoulder trying to roll him over but he wouldn't budge. Steve stood up on the bed and stepped over Eddie, sitting down so he was facing Steve now. "What are you talking about?" Steve put his hand on Eddie's cheek, softly caressing his face.
"'Our love is fake. We can't get married, we can't have kids, we can't even hold hands in public.'" He roughly quoted Steve and choked back his tears.
"Ed." Steve laid down next to him and put his hands on Eddie's cheeks. "You're stupid if you believe that." Steve smiled trying to get Eddie to smile and wiped the tears under his eyes. "I drank way too much." Steve leaned his face in so his nose was touching Eddie's and smiled.
"You still said it." Eddie closed his eyes so he didn't have to look at Steve.
"Shut up." Steve kissed Eddie's forehead. "You know it's not true."
"How? How do I know?"
Steve sighed and took of his shirt, turning his tattooed shoulder towards Eddie, "because I let you give me this cheesy ass tattoo." He held up his wrist so Eddie could see the heart, "and this one." He flipped his wrist forward and pointed to the rings on his fingers, "and this. So bitch, please. Tell me again that I don't love you." Steve laughed as Eddie let a small smile crack.
"Bitch, please? Really?" Eddie used his sleeve to wipe off his eyes.
"Yes. Really." Steve laid back down and pulled Eddie closer to him. Steve kissed Eddie to let him know he wasn't joking. Eddie pulled away and made a sour face.
"Brush your teeth. You taste like cheap vodka." Eddie laughed as Steve rolled his eyes and crawled off the bed.
"Alright, but don't go anywhere."

Robin bust through Steve's bedroom door and shouted, "Hey Dingus and Doofus! It's 3pm what are you still doing in bed?" Steve sat up and looked around, realizing he and Eddie had fallen asleep. The blanket was draped around Eddie's waist, covering his boxers, but it made it look like Eddie was naked. Steve adjusted the blanket to cover Eddie's legs, to save Eddie from embarrassment, and blinked a couple times at Robin. "Gross." She said as Steve got out of the bed.
"Well, for starters, you can not barge into my room, and second, he's not naked." Steve walked over to the closet and grabbed out a new shirt to cover his bare chest.
"Yeah, except I was bored." Robin leaned against the door frame waiting for Steve. She scratched her head. "Why are you guys still asleep at three?"
"Late night." Steve walked back over to the bed and covered Eddie the rest of the way with the blanket. He kissed Eddie's forehead and turned to face Robin.
"Gross, again."
"No, it's not that. I'll explain downstairs." Steve followed Robin down the stairs. She walked over to his couch and plopped down. "So basically, Eddie's sister was in town," Steve plopped down next to her and rubbed his face to wake him up.
"Eddie has a sister?" She turned all wide eyed.
"Yes, which I didn't know, and his sister had a baby and she wanted the baby to meet Eddie." Steve summed up the story and crossed his legs.
"Wow, so vague." Robin snarled as she punched Steve in the shoulder.
Eddie stumbled down the stairs and looked at Robin and Steve. He was wearing Steve's bathrobe. "What are you doing here?" Eddie rubbed his face.
"Talking to Steve. What are you doing here?" Robin responded as she crossed her legs to mock Steve. Steve shot over a dirty look and shamefully uncrossed his legs.
"I live here, Robin." Eddie sighed as he walked in to the kitchen. Robin smiled over at Steve and patted his leg.
"Anyways, I came by because Keith told me to tell you that 'If you don't come into work on Monday you're fired.'" Robin shrugged and grabbed her jacket which she had previously sat down on the chair.
"W-what?" Steve blinked a couple times and looked up at her as she headed for the door.
"Monday, Dingus! Monday!" She opened the door and closed it behind her as she left the house. Steve leaned against the back of the couch and let out a long dramatic sigh. Eddie appeared in the living room with two cups of coffee and handed one to Steve. He stood awkwardly staring at Steve like he didn't just hear the conversation Robin just had with him. Steve glanced at Eddie then rolled his eyes.
"I have to go back to work on Monday." Steve grabbed Eddie's hand so he'd sit down.
"That's okay. We have all weekend." Eddie sat his coffee down on the coffee table and leaned in to kiss Steve.
"Get on your knees." Steve said through the kiss. Eddie turned red and backed away a little, but reluctantly obeyed, getting on his knees in front of Steve. His face felt like it was beating as he put his hands on Steve's thighs, looking up at him. "With your back facing me, you whore," Steve spun his finger in a circle, gesturing towards Eddie that he needed to turn around.
"Oh." Eddie turned around and leaned his back against Steve's legs and Steve began moving around Eddie's hair. "What are you doing?" He yanked his head away a little bit.
"Shut up." Steve grabbed one of the million hair ties that Eddie had laying around his house and pulled Eddie's hair into a ponytail. He leaned forward and kissed the side of Eddie's neck. "Ed, why did you get in your knees like that?" Steve joked as Eddie turned his head to look at Steve, a blush still stamped on his face.
"Because you told me to." Eddie looked up at Steve and bit his lip slightly. Steve smiled and patted his lap so Eddie knew where he belonged. He stood up and sat on Steve's lap so they were facing each other.
"You're nasty, Munson." Steve put his hands on Eddie's hips, struggling to pull his eyes away from Eddie. Eddie pressed his chest against Steve's and let his hands wander Steve's thighs. Soft, delicate kisses quickly turned rougher and intense as Eddie ran his fingers through Steve's hair. "Ed..." Steve whispered as Eddie's hands fiddled with the zipper on his jeans.  Steve helped him, unbuttoning his jeans and thrusting his waist forwards so he could slide them off. Eddie's hands started to explore Steve's hips as he let out a soft moan. "Ed!" Steve said surprised as he grabbed the side of Eddie's arm. His nails dug into Eddie's bicep as he tilted his head back.
"Who's the whore now?" Eddie smiled as he placed his fingers under Steve's chin. Eddie moved his hips back and forth slightly as Steve's hand grabbed a hold of Eddie's hair, jerking back slightly. They shared breaths in between kisses, their hands touching every bit of the other's body, their eyes constantly interlocked.
