a minute later

"YOU ALRIGHT?" DICK ASKED FROM beside her as he helped her up.

"I think so. You pretty much broke my fall so I would check for broken ribs if I were you," she said, getting up from the floor.

"What happened?" the man asked, looking for someone to give him answers.

Angela, who had been holding tightly onto Rachel, responded, "She tried to kill my daughter."

"I was trying to help Kory get her memory back," they all turned to look at the woman who was passed out on the ground after her rampage had been stopped by Donna Troy and her Lasso of Truth. "I must have done something wrong—"

"No," her mother interrupted, "None of this is your fault."

They noticed Kory slowly start to regain her consciousness. She sat up, looking around the room, obvious confusion plastered on her face. "What's going on?" she asked.

"You tried to kill Rachel," Dick said.

"What? No, I would never do that."

"I want this woman out of my house," Angela said.

"Okay, just hold on a second—"

"Now, goddamn it," she interrupted, staring angrily at Dick. They watched as Kory tried to approach Rachel in an attempt to apologize but the girl had moved over to stand behind Dick and Paige.

"I'm so sorry," Kory said before leaving, Paige and Dick followed closely behind.

"What's going on?" Dick asked as soon as they got close.

"I'm starting to remember," Kory explained.

"You're getting your memories back?" Paige asked but was really more just confirming it for herself as Kory nodded. "What do you see?"

"I don't know," she said as she got into the truck that they had stolen at the train station, quickly driving away.

"We have to follow her," the man explained before Donna simply pulled out a tracking device and threw it, watching it attach itself to the back of the truck.

"What? Your not the only one with cool gadgets," she shrugged.

"You guys go," Paige suggested. "I'll stay here with Gar and Rachel. I don't want them alone."

"They'll be with Angela."

The woman sighed as she looked back at the old house before turning back to face Dick with her arms crossed. "I don't trust her," she shook her head.

"Why?"

"You don't have time for questions right now. Go." He nodded before getting into the passenger seat as Donna drove in the direction that Kory had gone.

"So how long have you known Rachel?" Paige heard Angela ask as she walked back into the house with a basket of vegetables that she had just picked from her garden.
