an hour later

"GUYS, I GOT SOMETHING," DICK'S VOICE was heard through their ear pieces. After Paige's talk with Jason she had gone to sleep thinking everything would be alright until the morning. What she hadn't expected was that Jason and Gar had gone to look for Dr. Light all on their own without telling anyone else of their whereabouts.

Now, Jason was missing and Dick, Paige, Dawn, Hank, and Donna were wandering around train tunnels in search for any sign that could help them understand what happened to him.

When they all met up where Dick was, they looked around at the destruction that was left behind. "Looks like he put up one hell of a fight," Paige mumbled as she scanned her surroundings.

"This is fucked," Hank added.

"He was attacked here. Then dragged," Dick mentioned, looking down at the blood smear that was most likely from Jason. "Tracks disappear a hundred yards down."

"He could be anywhere," Dawn said.

"If he's still alive—"

"Don't say that," Paige said, interrupting Donna. "He's alive. He's gotta be."

"She's right. Dr. Light's using him as bait to lure us out. If he was dead, he would have left him here."

"How does that make it any better?"

"I'm not saying it makes it better."

"So the kid is bait to you now? Is that right?" Hank asked. The two started arguing back in forth about why the Titans were even started up again in the first place.

Dawn, Donna, and Paige rolled their eyes before announcing their departure to the two who couldn't focus on anything else but their unnecessary argument. "Where are you going?" Hank asked as the three women started to walk away from them.

"To get Jason. And for the record," Dawn retorted, "this is all of our faults. Every single one of us. So get over it and move on. Jason's out there and we're wasting time."

"Well, we can't keep wandering the tunnels all night looking for this tracking signal. We need a new plan."

"Well, what do you suggest we do. Huh?" Paige asked Hank who seemed to be in a talkative mood. When he shrugged, she rolled her eyes before focusing on Dick who had his eyes focused in front of him. Everyone else followed behind him to see a small camera planted inside a hole in the wall.

Paige couldn't help but wonder what Jason was going through. She knew he was a fighter, but she didn't know just how far he was able to be pushed before he eventually cracked. She was scared for him and hoped that they would be able to find him as soon as possible.

"You've been uncharacteristically quiet," Dick said as they walked ahead of the others through the tunnels looking for more signs of where he could've been taken.

"I'm freaking out right now, that's why."

"We'll find him—"
