Moon, Soyeon and I played truth or dare and now I know a lot of information that I probably shouldn't. Moon revealed a lot about her clearly fucked up family life, like how her mom once shattered some furniture in a fit of rage while being high. Soyeon seemed surprisingly calm while hearing this, but I was the total opposite of it, whatever that is.

We're now going back downstairs to get a drink or something, and everyone here already seems drunk and high out of their minds. I spot Minnie, Soojin and another girl who I recognise to be Miyeon, the ultimate third wheel. As we move closer I can hear Soojin...yelling?

She has never, ever done that. Not even to me or Moon, who annoy the shit out of her.

People are circled around them now, chanting, "Fight, fight, fight, fight!"

"Yah! What happened?!" Moon yells. An older-looking girl hears her, looks at us, and then smiles and hugs Soyeon.

"I have no idea," She says. "But it doesn't look too—"

People yell and whoop once Minnie shoves herself towards Soojin. Soojin says something to her which I can't decipher.

"I think they're gonna break up." The older girl says with a shrug. "Anyway, I'm out. See ya around, Soyeon."

Soyeon doesn't even acknowledge her and we move closer to the crowd. I try to get past people and listen in, trying to understand what this is all about because both Soojin and what I've seen of Minnie are very calm.

"And what makes you think it's okay, huh? Cheating on me with her?" Soojin points at Miyeon, who is sobbing. Well, I get it now.

"Deal with it!" Minnie yells so hard it almost sounds louder than the music. Some people pull out their phones as Soyeon, Moon and me are right next to Miyeon. We're in the center.

Moon runs towards Soojin and wraps her arms around her waist from behind. "Calm down, will you?"

Soojin looks at her, then at me, then at Soyeon, then back at Moon before yelling, "Will you just let me handle this on my own for once?!"

The crowd whoops. Soyeon grabs my hand. "We're leaving."

"But—"

"No. Come on."

"What about Moon?" I ask. Soyeon stops walking and sighs before yelling Moon's name. She glares at Soojin then comes running towards us, and like that, we exit Minnie's mansion.

"Tomorrow's gonna be a very nice day, it seems." Moon says sarcastically. I don't even know how I'll be able to go to school tomorrow. "Anyway, I'd better get home. Good night, you two."

"Good night." Soyeon and I tell her at the same time. I turn to look at her.

"That was...interesting," I say. "I need sleep though."

Soyeon closes the door to her room and lets out a huge sigh. I sit on her bed.
