"Thank you, here you go sir." Todoroki handed the money to the driver, before picking up Lumen and stepping out of the car.
The guard looked at the two with scrutiny, as they went out "This is a restricted area. Identify yourselves and state your purpose of stay."
"Takashi Miyazaki, this is Koichi Hikazu, we are scientists from another lab here for a tour of this facility" They spoke in a formal tone, showing their badge.
The guard huffed "Miyazaki.... yes, that's registered. Welcome. You don't mind a quick pat down? Protocol"
"Not at all" Miyazaki spoke. 'good thing i didn't bring my knife' They thought.
The guard began feeling the students for any hidden weapons, somewhat roughly. eyeing Lumen, "Animals are not allowed to enter the facilities unrestricted."
Todoroki looked down at Lumen hesitantly, before meeting to guard's gaze once more, "Of course. What is the requirement?"
The guard looked at them sternly "That is something you should be able to look up yourselves before the visit, Hikazu-san"
"Apologies, I just was uncertain about the specifics so I assumed it would be best to ask for clarification here. I brought both a leash and a crate to be sure I had whatever I would need." Todoroki realized his mistake and hoped this would calm any of the man's suspicions.
The guard looked ready to bark another order, when a voice let itself be heard, from behind the gates - female, rather young.
"Eito! Let them through, we'll take care of the details inside. You could afford to be a bit friendlier, they are guests, you know?"
"Takeda-sama... I- " Eito stuttered a bit at the reprimand, and opened the gate.
Todo smiled at the woman, happy to no longer be under the interrogation light, "Thank you, ma'am, but it was alright"
Miyazaki stood silently, glaring at the guard a bit, before walking through the gate. They stayed silent, but nodded at the woman as they and Todo followed.
The woman led them to the entrance. Conversationally, "You have to forgive him, he's a bit jumpy - spent too much time in the military, that can't be healthy. But, he's a lot friendlier than he tries to make you think."
She gave them a friendly chuckle "So, what brings you to our laboratories? I'm guessing it's not only to marvel at all the new equipment we got."

Tomura spotted the new group entering, assuming that the bright white hair he was seeing was Todoroki. 'What a change, huh? Otherwise, the other... two? Yeah, there's three of them.'
Tomura was a fair distance away, making himself look busy as he kept a careful watch over the newcomers.

"That's perfectly understandable. We are here as our division is... quite interested in what you are doing over here, and we were hoping to have some of it demonstrated, if that is all right." Todoroki spoke calmly.
"And brought along your own specimen, I see. Very well, we can work with that - My mother can be rather, paranoid, when it comes to letting others handle her experiments -" She laughed
"We'll pick up a cage first, don't have the habit of letting them run around by themselves, here, has led to some... accidents, in the past. Anything you already did in your lab that we need to know about?" she looked at him, inquisitively
"Our lab was hoping to get into this sort of practice, so nothing much yet. This particular specimen however has been modified to have a sort of ghost quirk, which is why he is partially translucent."
