Tomura seemed to have trouble sleeping through the night. Turning and shivering, curling up and clutching at the blankets or pillows.
In the early morning, he awoke with a start; gasping quietly for air as he suddenly sat up, clutching at his chest. Looking around his surroundings warily, it took a good minute for his breathing to calm down.
Nezu was still at his desk, now in a grey morning gown, rings showing around his eyes. He looked up at his charge, fatigue showing
"Tomura? Is, everything alright there?" he asked, hesitantly.
He glanced over to Nezu quietly, going to nod but deciding against that to just say "I d-... I don't know..." He sorted out his hair briefly before hugging his knees to his chest; glancing around the room and seeming to look for anything. Maybe a hint of paranoia had a play in the behavior. Likely, he had a nightmare of sorts.
Nezu frowned, as he jumped off his seat and started walking over to the bed "You can talk about it, if you wish to... That can help, or so they've told me" He chuckled
Tomura glanced back to Nezu, as he rose his hands to scratch lightly at his neck shakily "I...I couldn't tell if it was like... a lucid dream or not... But it was really vivid..." He glanced down as he tried to think of details "It was really dark, and it felt like I was being held back by something... I couldn't close my eyes or breathe, and that hurt... But the one thing I could see was... A-All For One.. Just standing there..." Tomura looked back at Nezu, very obviously scared
"I'm... sorry" Nezu looked down, lost in thought "One second..."
he walked over to a drawer, taking out a notepad and a pen. He placed them on the bed upon returning. "Here. Try, writing it down. As much as you can remember, don't worry if there's details missing." He encouraged, gently
"It's a method, that can help you gain awareness of when you are dreaming and not. That - is how ended up resolving the issues, myself." he explained,
"These types of dreams, can't really be removed, permanently... but they aren't as frightening, if you know what you're dealing with"
Tomura nodded a little, quietly taking the pen and notepad and making little bullet points about it.
~~~
Almost everything felt numb, Weird purple mist everywhere, All For One faded between how he looks now and back when he was uninjured... Everything felt itchy and staticky
The list went on, including the details mentioned before. It was all written in English, though; Tomura felt he couldn't be bothered writing a hiragana character for every syllable. He ruled out sleep paralysis as not being a possibility, he's had that a few times before and that felt different.
"You're more comfortable in English?" Nezu stated, curiously, reading over the notes. his gaze was calculating
"Well then... Just keep your booklet around, and keep doing this, for the next few weeks. Is that alright?" he asked, patting his back "It will be fine, Tomura-kun. As long as you're here... You're safe. Try to remember that." He smiled, tiredly, suppressing a yawn
Tomura muttered with a little nod to Nezu "All For One was from America... Taught it to me" He half-explained tiredly.
"I see! Excellent, I suppose that is one less thing for Todoroki-san to cover with you" He cheered.
"So! what do you want for breakfast?"
Tomura rubbed at his eyes before asking, calmed down by the reassurance "What are the options...?"
