A/N: Oml this chapter is so short, i apologize-
After about 45 minutes of searching, Tomura and Daichi finally came upon Dabi in the library. Tomura smiled, triumphantly declaring, "There you are, Dabi! Finally found you!" He chuckled as he paced up to the other ex(?)-villain.
Dabi looked up. In the time he'd been waiting, he'd picked up a book, well, comic book, and had been reading it comfortably. "Oh, hey. Finished your heart to heart?"
"CONVERSATION. We finished our conversation.." Daichi pouted, lowering his voice as he remembered where they were
Glancing back to Daichi, somewhat confused as he kept his voice down "What does 'Heart to Heart' mean, then??? Sounds pretty on the dot..."
Turning back to Dabi, he smiled "Anyways, yeah. You just been reading that comic in the meantime?"
Dabi looked back down at the comic as if he was reminded of its existence, "Oh, yeah. S' pretty decent, the main character kinda reminds me of you." he paused, looking down at it once again, "Shit, actually the main characters remind me of both of you... damn."
Tomura chuckled and asked "What's the plotline, then? Can I see?"
"Wait, really? What's it about? -" Daichi poked his head in, curiously
"Uhh, sure? It's just about two guys from the UK becoming friends.." He handed the book to Shigaraki. He chose to keep the part where they got together to himself.
Tomura joked "So you're a slice-of-life type? Didn't expect that from ya." He quietly read and flipped through a few pages, keeping the original page it was opened on tucked under a finger.
"I wouldn't call it a slice of life. Probably a romance or some shit. I don't know man, it was the closest book to where I was sitting." Dabi grumbled out. He was lying about it being close, it was actually from the other side of the library, in the small LGBT section. But what he didn't share wouldn't hurt him.
Tomura flushed a little, looking somewhat nervous as he stuttered "R-Romance?" He quickly obscured the comic.
"What, you got a problem with a little romance comic?" he teased.
"Guess that's not something you learned much of, in the league, eh?" Daichi grinned "Though, shouldn't really be talking, don't think I've read one myself... Anyways! Ya can give 'em the birds and bees another time, whaddya wanna do now? Movie? Any games ya wanna try?"
reflecting "How about I order somethin' to drink, and we can see after that? Since we can't go out..."
Tomura flustered "T-That's not what I-" After hearing Daichi's remark, he went quiet; handing the comic back to Dabi. He nodded to Daichi "Y-Yeah, that sounds okay"
"You can bring Arson and Assault along, for the mood~ Boba works, for both of ya? Where do you wanna go, then?" Daichi asked
"Mkay, just lemme go check this out, I don't care where we go." He said, before running over to the check out and taking out the book.
Tomura smiled a little at the mention of his snakes, nodding "They're back in the lounge." Tilting his head, he muttered "I'm not sure where to go... I guess anywhere sorta-private could work..."
Dabi ran back to the others, book in hand, "Honestly, I'm surprised they let me rent this shit without a student ID... so what are we doing?"
Daichi hummed "You two decide on somethin' , I'll make the order and pick it up at the gates, and we'll meet up after, alright? Text me when ya have somethin'" Daichi gave them a salute, and started walking away
Tomura gave an awkward smile and waved, before looking to Dabi "Okay, so... We have the choice, here..." He muttered "I'm goin to grab Arson and Assault from the teacher's lounge and meet back... Maybe we should chill in... One of the smaller commons? In the second-year tower?"
"I dont know where the fuck anything is here, so it's your choice." Dabi muttered.
Tomura nodded a little, asking "Alright, We're goin to pick up my snakes first. Then we're meeting up with Dai, to go to those commons. That okay with ya?"
Dabi gave a thumbs up, "Yeah, I guess." he said, ornery as always.
Tomura nodded, pacing out of the library, and heading towards the teacher's lounge enthusiastically.
Dabi didn't know if he was supposed to follow, but eventually decided it was best to. He didn't want to get lost again...
