Where We're Headed...

Okay... let's be clear on one thing. This is not me stopping the story. I've sacrificed way too much time and I still continue to write despite constant delays. As much as I would like to drop school and ditch my academics before running over with them with a tank, that's not realistic. It's not realistic than me being able to keep this wattpad account up beyond HighSchool. But I digress.

What I really wrote this for was Brawl Stars taking a massive hit in popularity. I've addressed some of the gameplay issues but never mentioned how it also impacted Wattpad's small community of Brawl Stars writers.

Suffice to say, Wattpad hasn't exactly been at it's best. From what I've read it's reached it's peak just before Covid, perhaps sooner. Since then, it's been a struggle to find knowledgeable writers with decent works in the niche community of Wattpad, in the (in)famous category of fan-fic writers, in the incredibly small and arguably dying amount of Brawl Stars writers. With so many seemingly quit, on hiatus, or flat-out exhausted with time being short, there are few writers still active, with even fewer readers.

Lore for Brawl Stars has been buried in the ground, long forgotten as the developers seem to be more interested in profit than modesty (a very argumentative and personal opinion I'm aware, but that's not my main point regardless of it's validity). Previous writers have long abandoned Wattpad to manage and properly live their life. And that's all well and good except for the handful that are still interested in Brawl Stars, including me.

I personally never sought attention for stories (or at least now I don't) so I don't mind if only one, maybe two people read a chapter and enjoyed it. In my eyes that's what I oughta to do without proper experience and time management. That being said, it's unpractical to adhere myself to one community, especially one with few members. I need diversity.

So I'm going to be trying a few side projects as well as Days at the Arcade. I plan to release a few along with finishing up Days at the Arcade. Because of that, the chapters may decrease in quality, so I hope to make up for it by editing them in the future.

I really hope that I can continue writing with others. But I can't be certain whether this community will stay active if old writers continue to die and new writers don't filter in to replace them. I truly believe that there are some amazing minds in the world that have the potential but not the time. It makes me wish I could go back in time with the skill and patience I have now and start this book sooner, but I can't change that.

All I can do is hope, hope that maybe Brawl Stars could be revived along with Tf2 and Overwatch. So as I write and play Roblox/Minecraft, I hope you can thoroughly enjoy not only my stories, but what this amazing community has made.
