chapter 15

u know Tommy fell off his chair on his stream and i hope he's okay cuz he got a cut on his forehead :/

how is his streams so chaotic, that was the most chaotic one in a while lmao

George pov

My eyes shot open when I felt the water around me start to shift, pushing me back and soon, I was back onto solid ground and I was taking big gulps of air.

I coughed out some water and I felt someone pull me up, I looked up to see Tommy staring at me with a concerned face.

'Are you okay?' He said quickly and I nodded, coughing some more. That was strange, I didn't do that, so who used magic to pull me back to shore? I looked around but no one was here yet.

'I-I'm fine, how 'bout you?' I coughed and he nodded, he seemed to be mostly dry but I guess the water didn't soak into his clothes, I didn't know how magic worked. Now that I noticed, I wasn't even that wet either.

'Of course I'm fine, thanks to you!' He said and helped me up. I sighed and coughed again, dusting myself off. It went better than I thought, I thought we would plunge to our ultimate death.

'That was... Something.' I said and Tommy laughed beside me, nodding.

'I know right? What happened?' He asked and I shrugged, I don't even know myself.

'I don't know, something happened and it was painful.' I sighed and he furrowed his brows.

'Are you sure you're okay?' He asked and I nodded, the headache was gone and I'm pretty sure I'm okay. 

'Yeah. Don't worry.' I smiled and he sighed, making me snicker.

'Never again.' I laughed and he laughed along.

'Not until you learn how!' He snickered and I rolled my eyes playfully, agreeing with him silently. 

'I'm hungry.' He said and I laughed, I don't think he'll want to lunged at the water again after what just happened. 

'Should I...' I asked while holding up my hand, water can't go wrong right? Although I don't trust myself enough, I still think I can try. 

'... Sure, go ahead.' He sighed and I looked around, a few felines were already here and I could see them casting magic. They seemed to form the water into a ball like I did with Tommy and they would come out of the water with various fishes inside them. 

'It can't be that hard.' I sighed and closed my eyes, raising my hands up into the air and imagining the water searching for fishes and trapping them inside a ball. 

I imagined them floating up into the air and towards us, and when I opened my eyes, there was a small ball of water in front of me, containing two fishes. I could practically hear Tommy drooling beside me.

I moved the fishes toward him and set both of them in his hands, the water dissipating a few seconds later.

'You want one?' He asked and I shook my head, I could just get another one and I wasn't that hungry anyways.

I used my magic to get another smaller fish and nibbled on it while Tommy dug into the fish. We finished and took a shower in the locker room beside and climbed back up the stairs for a long time before reaching Ranboo's house.

'I'm starting to think we should've flown up here.' Tommy groaned and I snickered, he had suggested it but I declined, I don't want to hurt Tommy again. 

We met up with Ranboo and he took us above ground again, we decided to not tell him about our plan to kidnap Dream but we asked him for a house.

'Why would you need a house? Don't you already have one?' Ranboo asked and I shrugged.

'I don't but Tommy does, and I've been living with him for the past few days and let me tell you one thing, he smells.' I laughed and Tommy groaned.

'Hey! I don't smell!' He said loudly and me and Ranboo both snickered. 

'I guess that's fair, okay, You can have a house next to Tommy's. I'll arrange one for you.' He said and I cheered in my head. 

We spent the rest of the day learning magic and how to harness them. By the end of the day, I had perfected my ability to harness wind and learned how to use water and plants.

I felt like I was on the brink of fainting as I laid down on the ground beside the river, sighing in exhaustion.

'Here, eat this, you'll feel better.' Ranboo said while handing me a piece of candy wrapped in shiny paper. I took it skeptically and ate it, the sweet flavor of strawberry rushing into my mouth.

'Can I have one?' Tommy asked while laying down beside me.

'No.' Ranboo said simply and I snickered when Tommy whined in protest.

'Why! I want one too!' He whined and Ranboo pulled me up into a sitting position. 

'Because you literally sat around all day while you should be training with Niki.' Ranboo said and Tommy shuddered at the thought of her, she made quite the impression on us. 

'Aww but I want one!' He whined again and Ranboo sighed, handing him one reluctantly to shut his relentless whining. 

'We should go back, it's getting pretty late.' Ranboo said and I nodded, standing up with the help of Tommy. This was way more tiring than I thought it would be. 

He sent us back to Tommy's house where we rested. For the next few days of the week, we trained with both Ran and Niki, returning each day exhausted. I moved into my new house and decorated it a bit with my magic but slept mainly with Tommy since he was warm.

My magic was growing stronger and I could use wind, water and plants very well by the end of the second week and I could change the shape of plants a little bit. 

Me and Tommy had told Phil and Techno about our plan and they agreed after a day of discussing with each other. They said to let them prepare the plans and stuff we need while me and Tommy trained to fight and use magic. 

'How are you feeling? We're going back to the city tomorrow night.' Tommy sighed and I furrowed my brows, we were laying on his bed staring at the ceiling. I didn't know what to feel, I was hesitant to go back into the city since it would bring back too many unwanted memories but it was nice to finally see Dream.

'I don't know... A little nervous I guess.' I sighed and nudged closer to Tommy, enjoying the heat radiating from him.

'Yeah, I know. Me too. I just hope it goes well.' He said and I nodded, snuggling into him. 

'Goodnight.' I said quietly and he hummed in response, curling up and wrapped his arms around me, pulling me into him. 

'Goodnight.' 

next chapter going to be interesting, going to get dnf content from there on ;)
