George pov

I woke up wanting to sneeze but couldn't for some reason. I scrunched up my face and sighed, snuggling closer to Tommy, he was still asleep and snoring quietly. 

I sighed and shook my head, clearing my thoughts. I looked out the window and my eyes widened when I saw it was pretty dark, and lights and fireflies were shining through the window. 

'Oh shit, shit shit shit, what time is it?' I sat up quickly while glancing at the clock, it's almost 8pm.

'Shit, shit, fuck, TOMMY WAKE UP!' I yelled while shaking him and he jumped and his eyes shot open.

 'W-wha-what's happening?' He said drowsily and I pointed at the clock and growled, his eyes widened when he saw what time it was.

'It's fucking 8pm! We were supposed to meet Ranboo during the afternoon!' I yelled and he shot up, mumbling curses and grabbing his jacket from the back of his seat and groan. 

'Why didn't Phil wake us up!' Tommy groaned and I sighed.

'You didn't tell him to!' I sighed while Tommy grabbed another coat from his wardrobe and threw it to me.

'I guess but he always does!' He said as I caught the coat midair and walked over to him. 

'Well are we going or not!' I said and he grabbed my hand, pulling me out the door quickly.

'Come on, we have to be fast.' He said while basically dragging me across the drawbridge and up. 

'Where are we going?' I sighed and he groaned, not slowing down when we went up the stairs.

'Ranboo's house.' He said and I raised my brow, you can do that? 

'Okay, quick, I hope he's not asleep.' He said when we reached a house bigger than the other ones.

He knocked on the door and I could hear a bit of shuffling behind them, and the door opened shortly, revealing a tall feline with black and white hair and a pair of red and green eyes. 

'Ranboo! I'm so sorry we-' Tommy started but Ranboo shook his head cutting him off. 

'No, no, it's fine, Phil told me you guys were really tired, Niki can be very strict some times.' He laughed and I breathed a sigh of relief. 

'R-really?' Tommy said in disbelief and he nodded.

'Yeah, plus we get to go out during the night.' he smiled and Tommy seemed to accept the fact that we were not in trouble.

'Thank god we're not in trouble.' Tommy sighed and Ranboo snickered, and I heard a grumble behind him. 

'Tommy you're still in trouble, George, nice to meet you I'm Tubbo, Ran's boyfriend.' Another black cat with brown curly hair almost covering both his eyes walked out behind Ranboo and greeted me, shaking my hand. 

'Hi, nice to meet you too.' I smiled while Tommy groaned.

'Why am I in trouble and George isn't?!' He groaned and I snickered. 

'Because you're you and George is George.' Tubbo sighed while crossing his arms and making Ranboo giggle. 

'Ok, lets go, goodbye Tubbo, see you later.' Ranboo said while waving goodbye to Tubbo and stepped out of the door, closing it behind him. 

'Let's go shall we?' He smiled and me and Tommy both nodded, following him away from his house. 

'Where are we going?' I asked and he smirked at me, his eyes glinting brighter. 

'Above ground.' He smirked and I raised my brow.

'How?' Tommy asked as we walked up the stairs and where we entered from. 

'Teleportation.' He said with a smirk and my eyes widened a little, they have teleportation? I didn't know they were that powerful.

'Wow.' I said quietly and Ranboo snickered, opening the door to the room we came in with and revealed a pad for us to stand on. 

Ranboo gestured for us to stand on it and we followed, and he stepped on shortly after us. I saw his eyes glow a bit as the air around us started to shift, and I felt a bit dizzy.

The air soon warped into something else and my eyes widened when I felt the cool wind of the night hit my face.

'Ahh, nature.' I smiled when I found myself back above ground and the night sky and shimerring stars were above us again. 

'I know right.' Ranboo smiled and lead us over to the river. 

'Sit down.' He said softly and we followed, Tommy sighing beside me while Ranboo sat in front of us. 

'So, Tommy, you know what to do, George, I'm going to see if you have the potential to use magic or not.' Ranboo said and Tommy grumbled. 

Ranboo held out his hand and I took it, his eyes glowed bright and I felt the tingling sensation back on my fingertips except this time it was way stronger, making me want to curl my hand into a fist. 

I furrowed my brows and squeezed my eyes shut when I felt a headache coming on and winced, the tingling in my palms getting stronger and stronger when eventually it started to hurt. 

'Ow!' I hissed in pain and snatched my hand away from him when I felt pain shoot up my arm, Ranboo also hissing a little.

'Are you okay?' I heard Tommy say concerningly and reach up to touch me, making me flinch a little, the left side of my head felt like it was splitting apart and I whimpered.

'What did you do!' I heard Tommy growl at Ranboo and I opened my eyes slowly, the headache receding a tiny bit. 

'Nothing! I-woah wait a minute...' Ranboo said slowly as I cracked my eyes open, Tommy turned to look at me and his eyes widened.

'What... George?!' Tommy yelled out and I looed at both of them quizzically, what's wrong?

'W-what?' I said slowly, trying to shake the dizziness off. 

'Y-your eye.' Tommy said and I looked at him skeptically, what was wrong with my eye?

'Wait, give me your hand again.' Ranboo said seriously and I gave him my hand hesitantly, my head was still hurting like crazy but it was a bit better.

'Holy cow....' Ranboo breathe when he flipped my hand over, revealing my wrist. 

'What...?' I said quietly when I saw a faint flickering symbol on my wrist, I narrowed my eyes and pulled away from Ranboo, clutching my hand close to me.

'What?! What?! What is it?!' Tommy said loudly and I realized he probably couldn't see the symbol, the headache was getting better slowly and when I looked back at my wrist, the flickering symbol was gone.
