George pov

9 pm inside the city...

I pulled my hood down more as I followed Tommy through the streets, there were only a few hounds there but if anyone notices I'm an unchained cat, everybody would be here within minutes.

I suggested to get a collar and pretend I was Tommy's pet but he got really angry so we just agreed for me to hide my ears and tail inside a large hoodie. 

Phil was in front of us and Techno was behind us, we would look so intimidating if we carried around weapons but we had to be lowkey, we can't be recognized at all costs.

My heartbeat sped up when we reached the bar, I could hear the muffled sound of the music blasting through the door and the lights shining through. 

No turning back now...

I followed Phil through the crowd, nobody really cared as we pushed through them towards the back. I held Tommy's hand firmly and let out a large sigh of relief when we reached the fancy room at the back. 

We sat down on the couch and I took off my large hoodie, it was getting too hot and I was wearing one of Tommy's long sleeve turtleneck shirt under it. 

We sat around for a while and the anxiety was really getting to me so Phil ordered a drink for me. I sighed as I sipped on the mocktail, it was fruity and I liked it that way, I've never had actual alcohol before and I didn't know what it tasted like and I have no intention to ever try it because it looks like it tastes bad.

'You okay?' Tommy asked concerningly while squeezing my hand lightly and I nodded slowly, I didn't feel great but I felt better, I just wish for Dream to arrive sooner. 

My breath quickened up when I thought back to him and where I would be if Tommy hadn't rescued me from being a pet. I took another sip of the drink to calm my nerves.

My head snapped up when I heard the door click open and my eyes widened when I saw the familiar shape of Dream step through the door. He stared at me blankly but his face darkened when he saw Tommy. 

'Dream! Glad you came.' Phil smiled behind me and Tommy, Techno had his mask on again and looked intimidating as fuck.

'What do you want?' He said darkly and I flinched slightly, his tone was so different from what he used to talk to me.

'Aww don't be so serious now...' Phil smirked but there was no hint of humor in his voice.

'What. Do. You. Want.' Dream growled again and Phil sighed quietly, tapping at Tommy's shoulders, hinting for him to stand up. 

'Assuming you read the letter, we will be generous and give you a few minutes alone with George. But if you try anything, we will not hesitate to kill you.' Phil said seriously and Dream narrowed his eyes at us while Tommy stood up. 

'Don't you dare try to do anything to George.' Tommy growled while following Phil and Techno out of the room, my heartbeat quickening up when they closed the door behind them, it was really nerve racking to be in the room with Dream again, the needle in my pocket weighing a thousand times more heavier.

'H-hi.' I said quietly, and Dream's eyes softened. I had to get closer to him to be able to sedate him properly. 

'George I'm sorry I-I didn't mean what I said...' He said quickly and my eyes widened when he walked over to me and pulled me into a hug. 

I sighed and leaned into him, enjoying the familiar scent and warmth. He sat down beside me and pulled me into him, making me want to purr again. 

'Dream...' I sighed softly and I looked up at him, blushing a bit at his handsome features. 

'George are you okay?' He asked quietly and I nodded, I almost feel bad for what I'm about to do. I needed to distract him somehow.

'I'm okay.' I said and stared into his mesmerizing emerald orbs and leaned in towards him. My hand reached down to my pocket subtly while he took ahold of my chin gently. 

I blushed when he pressed his lips to mine, me taking the chance to wrap my arms around his neck, one of them containing the needle. 

'I'm sorry Dream.' I breathed once I pulled back and quickly pressed my lips back onto his, sticking the needle into his neck at the same time, making him pull back when he realized what was happening. 

He growled as he slumped against the couch, the serum worked very fast and I walked over to the door to open it for the others. This was going extremely well but we had to get out of here fast.

We couldn't just carry him back out onto the streets like that, no, we'd surely get caught. This is where my powers come in. I had spent the last few weeks perfecting my ability to harness wind and air so I could teleport all of us out of here and onto the boat. 

You might be asking why I didn't jus teleport us here instead of walking all the way here. Well, it took a lot of energy to teleport since it's pretty hard and we have a lot of people I have to teleport.

'Okay George, you ready?' Tommy said while Phil and Techno went over to tie up Dream and carry him. 

I nodded and let out a slow breath, closing my eyes and imagining the boat parked beside the river. I felt the air shift beside us and the sound of loud music soon disappeared into fresh air and the slight chirping of bugs.

'Whew, okay, I did it.' I sighed in relief while Tommy cheered beside me. 

'Good job Georg.' Techno and Phil smiled at me and I smiled back nervously, I was tired from the constant stress and the energy I just used. I want to just curl up inside Tommy's lap and sleep.

'I'm going to sleep. Goodnight.' I sighed softly and pulled Tommy over to the blankets, snuggling into him quickly and making him snicker.

'Goodnight.' He said softly while the boat rocked back and forth calmly, bobbing on the water as Phil slowly pushed us forward.
