Chapter 9

After the argument with Korn, I was taken to my room where I saw my new bodyguards Noel, and Sean were standing in front of the door.

They both bowed to Chan and I

"Ma'am, Chan" they both said as they spread apart to give access to my bedroom door.

"Boss Korn has instructed that Katherine Theerapanyakul may not leave her room unless instructed otherwise by Korn himself. Understood?" Chan told them.

"Yes sir" they both said while nodding.

Chan turned his head to look at me "Ms. Theerapanyakul, I assume your father will call you down for dinner but for now listen to your father and stay in your room."

I looked at Chan through the corners of my eyes then looked back in front of me, and said nothing. Deciding to continue with the silence treatment I gave him while he walked me to my room.

Chan seemed to understand that for all he said after a minute of silence... "I will stand here until I see you go into your room"

I said not a word to him or the bodyguards, and went towards the door knob. I opened my door, and walked in slamming the door behind me.

After I walked further into my room, I grabbed my pjs, and then proceeded to walk straight to my bathroom.

I proceeded to go straight into my routine of removing my make-up, skin care and shower. All I could think about during that time was what Korn said this afternoon .He ended up just fueling my hatred for him and this family even more.

Korn ordered for me to stay in my room, even going as far as ordering all the bodyguards to forcefully return me to my bedroom. If Korn doesn't want me to leave my room then I will not leave my room. I will refuse anything they offer , or if I am summoned by Korn I will refuse to appear.

If he doesn't want anyone to know I exist then I will pretend I don't exist. I'll never participate in family activities or meals by having all my meals in my room. Once I enter school all I will be doing is bedroom, school, and bedroom. Heck I'll even avoid all those training's Kinn had set up. Why bother if to them I'm not a part of this family so there is no need to do all that.

After I finished I walked back into my bedroom, and looked at the time. It was 5:30pm so I decided to sit on the couch and just play music in my bedroom while I finished the book I was reading. Even if my phone was taken I was lucky that my room had an echo dot to play music for me and a Tv as well.

After about an hour of reading I decided to see what the tv had for me to watch. Luckily it had all the streaming channels available, which will help with killing my boredom while I stay in this room. I decided to watch netflix , and clicked on a girl from nowhere since it got my interest.

By 7:30 pm someone knocked on my door, asking to come in. I ignored it and turned up the volume on the tv. I knew it was one of my bodyguards informing me about dinner.

Once again there was a knock and a different voice asked to come in, and once again I ignored it. I kept my promise that I would refuse to have meals with the Theerapanyakul family.

By 8 pm there was another knock on my door, and as I ignored it the person who knocked opened my door and walked in. It was Chan, and I assume he came to get me.

"Ms. your father has asked for you to come have dinner with them" he said to me

"No thanks, chan. Please inform your lovely boss there is no need for me to have dinner with the family I am not a part of" I said not taking my eyes off the television.
