Chapter 21

Katherine POV

I'm in the Garden.

Breakfast was just me, as both Kinn and Takhun had things to attend to.

Kinn a business meeting, and Tankhun had to dye his hair.

"Here is your book Kath," Sean said as I took a seat on the bench.

"Thanks Sean" I said with a small smile as i took the book that was in his hand

"Neo went to get you something to drink, so he'll be right back"

I nodded and looked at the book.

As I turned to the first page of my new book.

"I will be right back Kath, I need to attend to some things" sean said

Sean was already gone as soon as I turned to reply.

"Miss. Theerapanyakul" I heard someone call me

I turned to the voice , knowing exactly who it was.

"Ken" i said with a small smile as he came closer and stood next to me

Sean definitely planned this didn't he. I said to myself.

"I thought you were with my P'Kinn?" I asked him confused on why the head bodyguard was not with Kinn,

"Khun Kinn asked me to stay back for safety reasons" he said

"So to babysit me?" I said

Ken didn't say anything, basically confirming that Kinn is still worried.

I looked back to my book to read, after a few minutes did Ken speak up

"I never see you on your new phone?" he asked

I kept staring at my book, not reading it, not answering Ken's questions, nothing, Just staring.

After a couple minutes of silence did Ken spoke up again

"I'm sorry, that was none of my business" he said and I looked up at him

"No, no, it's normal to question why someone my age isn't glued to their phone." i chucked

"I only use it for music or to message chay and macau. Nothing else." i said

"Khun Kinn allowed you to use social media, right? " he asked me

"Ahh yes he did but I'm just not ready to be on social media right now"

Ken nodded but had furrowed brows.

"Don't get me wrong, I used to love being on social media but with my situation right now I think it's for the best" i let out

"How come?"

" I just think if I disappear from their lives it would be for the best" I let out

"What about Del ,Miss Theerapanyakul?" he asked

Ken saw my eyes widen when he said my best friend's name.

"Khun Kinn made Arm gather information about you that's how i know" he said

"Of course" i said a bit annoyed,

Kinn just had to do research on me and everyone I knew back in the states

"Khun Kinn doesn't mean any harm Miss. Theerapanyakul '' Ken said, trying to make his boss, my brother, look better in front of me.

"Ken, did P'Kinn ever ask to get in contact with Del or anyone from my past?" I was worried to have Del and her family become apart of this.
