Katherine POV
After the awkward situation that occurred at lunch, my cousins and I walked back to our respective classrooms, Macau going into his while Porchay and I went to our shared classroom.
"Everything okay Katherine?" Asked chay once we sat in our seats
"Oh ummm yeah chay, just still trying to take everything in I suppose" I said
Chay chuckled
"Trust me, there's a lot more you don't know and I think it's best if we just take one step at a time when it comes to this family" he said
I nodded
"I guess I just have to prepare myself just incase" I said
"I don't know everything that has happened in the family but I do know some things. I think you can ask P'Kinn for some answers" chay said to me
"Hmm I can ask but knowing P'Kinn he would avoid the questions"
"What about your other P's?" asked chay a bit nervously.
"P'Khun would tell me if I asked but I feel like I would get everything exaggerated or give me bits of false information. Now with P'Kim, well to be honest I don't have a good relationship with him." i said
Chay nodded and was about to say something when our teacher walked in.
We both focused our attention to the teacher in front of us
Once it hit 3:00pm our school day finished, as I was packing up chay was looking out the window.
"What's so interesting out there, chay?" I asked as I closed my backpack up.
He turned and smiled "Nothing Katherine. Let's go" he said
"Yo, ready?" asked Macau at the entrance of our class door
Chay and I both nodded.
As we made our way through the school did macau decide to say something
"You're not so bad dear cousin" he said to me
"Oh?" said chay as I said "hmm?"
"You're better than P'Khun and P'Kim, that's for sure." he said
"Thanks? I suppose? But in Macau we haven't gotten to know each other well. " I said to him
He shrugged "You seem nice to me cousin, nothing like Kim, and you're just shy, which is natural" he said
"Like him" i asked
"P'Kinn said you seemed a lot like P'Kim"
I rolled my eyes.
"Can we please just not bring him up? Kimhan gives me a headaches when i think of him" i said a bit annoyed with being compared to Kim
Macau laughed "see you might just be my new favorite cousin" he said to me
Chay shook his head.
"Hey katherine" asked Porchay as we got closer to the school exit
"Yeah chay?"
"Is it okay if we call you kath? Or any other nickname" he asked
I "Of course! Kath is what P'Porsche and my friends call me, and Kathy is what P'Khun calls me '' I said with a smile.
"Kath it is" said Chay,
I looked over to Macau to see if he was just going to stick with katherine
He turned his head to look at me
