Chapter 18

AN: I had midterms, my last one is tomorrow, but i hope to update 2 more times this week.

Kinn POV

I took the elevator down to the entrance where Katherine would arrive. I had gotten a message from Ken that they were on their way and that everything seemed fine.

Once I arrived to where i intended to be did i see both cars roll up to the entrance.

Neo immediately got out of the car to open the door for Katherine once the car was put in Park. Ken and Sean got out of the drivers seats immediately after Neo did.

Once Katherine stepped out, I let out the breath I was keeping. Feeling as though I had sent my only child out into the real world, and happy she arrived safely.

I walked up to katherine, and looked her up and down making sure everything was fine.

Katherine on the other hand gave me a weird look .

"Is everything okay, P?" she asked

"Everything is fine, how was school little one?' I asked, not realizing what I said.

Katherine eyes went wide for a second and then back to normal

"Umm? Are you sure everything is alright, P'Kinn?" she asked once again

"Yes, why?"

"Is little one a new nickname for me then?" she asked casually as she turned to hand Sean her bag , then turned to me

"Did i call you little one/' i asked with furrowed brows not seeming to remember

"Yes you did"

"Are you upset with that nickname?" I asked as we both proceeded to walk into the mansion to the elevator doors to go up.

The nickname didn't seem that bad, but at her age she probably thinks its not so cool to call her.

"No it's nice, P'Khun calls me Kathy, P'Porsche calls me Kath but you P'Kinn? Hmm i just never thought you'd call me anything but Katherine before" she said as she walked into the elevator that arrived

"Then little one will be your nickname" I said with a smile as I followed behind her.

Ken and Katherine's bodyguard following along.

"Okay" katherine said with a small smile

"But just because I gave you a nickname doesnt me i'll let you ditch you tutoring, and special training" I told her

Katherine groaned

"C'mon P'kinn ! Tutoring I get but the special training? Korn doesn't even want to introduce me to others yet, so who would care " she said with a small pout trying to get her way

"Remember little one, you need to listen to me. I can still take your phone privileges away" i said sternly,

"Ah yes, P'Kinn the father I never had, but a strict one at that" she said with a sign

"Pa is a good dad katherine, just its hard when it comes to this line of work" I said as we arrived to the main floor where the rooms are

"Believe me P' Kinn, Korn doesn't see me as his kid, not now at least" she said and shrugged it off.

I sighed " Well enough of that, I expect you to get ready for tutoring, and training for today. It'll be 3 hours total but you'll have a break in between, and a snack break too"

Katherine pouted "alright, I'll go change and head to tutoring. Bye P'Kinn" she said as Sean and neo followed behind

"I'll be checking up on you little one!" I yelled as she walked to the hall where her room is.
