Ken is my trainer and while I stood there, with a blank face all I could hear sean trying to hold in his laugh
I turned to look at him, and glared at him because he was the only one enjoying this.
As i turned around i saw Ken walked towards us
"Miss Theerapanyakul " he said as he stood in front of me
"Hi" i said with a small smile and wave
"Are you ready for your training?" he asked with a small smile
"Oh yes! But I just didn't know you were going to train me Ken"
"Is there a problem with that? We can always talk to Khun Kinn about changing me if you feel uncomfortable." he said
"No!" I said too fast "I mean no, there's no problem, I just didn't know you were in charge of this training, P'Kinn never said anything." i said nervously
"Khun Kinn didn't want Khun Tankhun to find out, he said he would disapprove and cause a fuss so he kept it between us three. That's why he didn't say anything to you" ken explained to me
"Ahhh, makes sense P'Khun doesn't really like you for some unknown reason" I said
"I wouldn't say unknown," said Sean in a whisper that only I could hear.
"But don't worry Miss Theerapanyakul I'll make sure not to make you uncomfortable.. Plus I'm sure Khun Kinn would have my head if i do" he said in a serious tone
"Don't worry Ken, you don't make me feel uncomfortable... truthfully I feel safe when you are around" I said with a small blush on my cheeks.
"Oh, I see" he said but didn't show any emotion, just a blank expression.
"Let's get started on your training" he said changing the topic
I felt a bit upset because I wanted him to show more of a reaction, but it seems all Ken will do is stay professional.
"Ok" i nodded
"Alright, uhh I guess we'll start with the basics of self defense, for today, and tomorrow I'll train you how to shoot a gun. We'll rotate between the two."
"Do I really need to learn how to shoot a gun? Can't I just skip that?" i asked him
Ken shook his head "Sorry Miss Theerapanyakul , Khun Kinn's orders. He wants you to be able to handle a small handgun just in case. You never know what can happen in this mafia life, and as the new young miss then you have to learn just as much. Even tankhun knows how to handle a gun" he said
"Oh, didn't know P'Khun knew how" I said surprised
"All three of your brothers have learned, Khun Tankhun just knows the basics, but the other two bosses learned further." He said to me
"Make senses, okay so self defense today and shooting tomorrow, Got it" i said
"Yes, so lets start" he said
"First, always trust your instinct" Ken started off
-after training-
"Ken, I beg you no more please," I said as I laid on the padded floor tired.
Ken had me practice the same self defense moves over and over again. That is all we did for the past hour and 15 minutes.
Ken crouched down next to me "don't worry we'll end it here" he said and held his hand out for me to sit up
