Somewhere in this chapter (if you want to visualize Amaya dancing) you should google "Earned it, choreography by Kayla Brenda" since I know most of yall have problems with visualizing such scenes ;)

Amaya Hayashi

THE MAN WITH blonde hair who I bumped into a week ago looks right into my eyes and I need to do my best to disguise the fact that seeing him bothers me so much and fills me with rage.

His eyes are a light shade of blue, his blonde hair is styled in small, light curls, and his stare is both welcoming and powerful.

He's about 6 foot 4 if I take a small guess, towering over me.

He is wearing a blouse, the sleeves are rolled up so I can see his tattooed arms, which are covered in black ink.

His left arm has a rose with thorns tattooed on it, and I can see the veins extending up the rest of his arms beneath his skin.

"Rowan, right?" I speak in a kind manner, having to put my real feelings aside as I watch him smile at me.

"Rowan Adams, yes." He tells me and it's like a pinch to my heart when he confirms his last name.

I try to think of a false last name as I open my mouth but say nothing.

"Amaya Elsher, good to see you again, Adams." I blurt the last name. I suppose Jess and I are now related.

For a brief moment, his eyebrows arch, almost as if he had never before heard his last name being used in such a casual manner.

"What are you doing here alone, I never see you in this library?" I raise a question.

I haven't seen him during all the times I have visited this place. So why is he here today?

"Actually, I'm with a friend. We were just looking around in the area and I thought it was a good idea to get some books." He smiles and I nod, sorting out the books in the meantime.

"Do you work here?" I frown at his question, but then remember that I am indeed sorting all these books on the right shelves, "No, I am not." I chuckle.

"I just like helping the owner," I tell him before our conversation gets interrupted by a voice appearing behind him.

"Rowan, what are you standing here for?" A woman's voice speaks as a blonde-haired woman appears from behind him, her eyes narrowing as she looks at me.
