- AMAYA'S POV -
I AM TOO fast for a regular person.
And by too fast, I mean that I could be somewhere for a minute before being somewhere else the next minute. I discovered how to accomplish it as a result of me getting pressured by my mom.
I rushed to my belongings and put on my silver mask and some black clothing. I put my hair up in a high ponytail because that is how I always wear it on missions.
I had previously tracked Adams' license plate by hacking into his car's system between ten and twenty minutes ago.
I am smart, I know.
I hear my phone explode with texts the following moment as I find myself in one of the newly arranged cars for my mission while realizing that only my mother does it when she wants something.
I mute my phone and entirely ignore the sound. I start the car and leave right away.
My thoughts turn to my mother, and I begin to wonder if she was aware of Adams' upcoming mission. But how?
When I catch my thoughts asking itself questions that I already know the answers to, I scoff. Here, I'm referring to my mom, who acts without thinking considering the reason she does anything she wants.
Since chaos and drama are the foundation of her existence and because without them, she would be nothing, she considers herself to be overly monotonous in this situation.
Eventually, I glance over the rearview mirror to notice how good the silver mask genuinely looks on my face.
Maybe I'm becoming fond of this mask after all.

Adams' car is nowhere to be found as I cautiously park my car somewhere inconspicuous. I can make out a massive building in the distance.
I suppose he is still picking up Eva. Who is the girl, exactly? She must also be on this mission, thus she must be somebody important.
My face contorts into a scowl as my eyes stray towards a nearby warehouse and then upward to the roof where my equipment is kept.
As I mentioned, I am quick and smart, and I have help everywhere.
I pull my knives and several guns out of the car's trunk, then I walk up to the warehouse and just kick the door in.
