The sun raised. Anirudh's sleep broke. His head was still havey. Bondita came to room with nimbu pani and stood infront  him and forwarded him glass. Anirudh was shocked. (she changed her cloths back). he rubbed his eyes.

Anirudh : Bondita yaha? zarur sapna dekh raha hu. woh yaha kiyu hogi.

Bondita frowned and pinched his arm. He screamed and realised she was in real.

Anirudh : tum...tum...yaha kiya kar rahi ho aur kab ayi?

Then he looked at himself then inside the blanket. He was in his pajamas. 

Anirudh : main in kapdo mein kaise aya aur kisne change ki? 

Bondita : pehle aap nimbu pani pijiye.

Bondita made him drink nimbupani force fully. than touched his forhead and neck. He still has fever.

Bondita : kaal jo nashe mein apne kiya apse umeed nehi thi. kiya halat bana rakhi thi khudki. par kiyu? aisa kiya hogaya achanak se jo aise sharab pike bathtub mein...agar kuch hojata to? agar main time pe nehi ati to pata nehi kiya hojata

Anirudh : par kia kiya hain maine. aur tum kab ayi? mere kapde change kaise huye?

Bondita told him how he was drowning in bathtub getting drunk.  Anirudh looked down

Anirudh : mere kapde tumne change kiye pant bhi?

Bondita noded. Anirudh's face flushed. He didn’t knew where to hide his face.

Bondita : fikar maat kariye maine pura room dark karke change ki...

Bondita said in embarrassed tone. Anirudh got relaxed. but an awkward silence took place in room. Bondita sat beside him and held his face.

Bondita : Asia koi karta hain bhala? agar kaal apko kuch hojata to? aisa kiya hogaya tha jo nashe mein Sucide karne chale thei? kiya itna sasti hain
zindegi? pata hain kitni daar gayi thi mein? 

Bondita said and hugged him. Anirudh slowly hugged back. He didn’t knew what to answer. how could ge tell that he was hurt by her words.

Anirudh : sukriya meri jaan bachane ke liye.

Bondita : sukriya? ekbaar apke parivarwale ke bare mein soch liya hota? unpe kiya guzarti? 

Anirudh : shirf parivaarwale? tumhe fadak nehi padhta?

Bondita broke the hug.

Bondita : kiya lagta hain apko?  mujhe fadak nehi padhta?

Anirudh : kiyu padegah? lagta kon hu mein tumhara? main maar vi jayu... to tumhara kiya jayega?

Bondita immidately put her plam on his mouth. They were looking into eyes.

Bondita : kaisi baatein kar rahi hain aap? apko zara si choth bhi lagti hain to mujhe fadak padhta hain. ushdin bhi kaha tha aj bhi keh rahi hu apko main taqleef main nehi dekh pati.

Bondita told. They kept looking into eyes for sometime. Bondita removed her hand with a jerk and looking down. Anirudh also looked at other side.

Anirudh : tumhe college nehi jana? itni der hogayi.

Bondita : aaj Sunday hain.

Anirudh : aur cafe?

Bondita : maine Alice ko phone kar diya tha subah hi

Anirudh  : tum puri raat yehi thi?

Bondita : haan apko aise halat mein chodhke kaise jaati? maine nasta bana diya hain. ap kha lenge?
