Bondita : yeh kiya kia apne shakhababu! kiyu kiya? pagal hain kiya? kitna khoon beh raha hain?

Bondita said with moist eyes. As he heared shakhababu he smiled as he hurted himself intentionally to test her. He knows his bondita couldn't see him in pain. Bondita warpped her scarf around his bleeding hand then took him to the medical store near them draging him after her. Anirudh just looking at her with a smile. Bondita forgot everything for sometime seeing his pain. She made him sat and bought antibiotic ointment and bandage from store. Anirudh just smiling while tears falling from his eyes. he was not criying for pain but for seeing bondita after years. Bondita sat on her knees infront of him removed her sacrf then cleaned his wound. Anirudh just admiring her.

Bondita : kiya karte hain aap? humesa khudko choth de dete hain? kitni choth lag gayi apko.

Bondita scolded while tears falling from her eyes. Anirudh just smiling. Bondita applied ointment while blewing then warpped bandage. They both closed their eyes and got relaxed while her soft hand was placed lightly on his wounded hand. Bondita realised what she done just ago. she opened her eyes and about to leave but Anirudh held her hand.

Anirudh : kiyu bhag rahi ho mujhse? kiyu mujhse sach chupa rahi ho mujhse?

Anirudh asked helding her wrist tightly. She didn't turned. Bondita closed her eyes while tears rolled on her cheeks. Bondita tried to freed but his grip got tighten.

Anirudh pulled her and made her sat beside him. She was looking down.

Anirudh : kaisi ho tum? kitni badi hogayi ho.

Anirudh said helding her face while smiling with teary eyes. Bondita also looking at him.

Anirudh : jaanta hu maine galat kiya par main majboor tha bondita. tumhare pair thik hogaye na aab? problem to nehi hoti chalne mein?

Bondita : haan thik hain aur main jaanti hu aapne thakuma ke kehne pe yeh sab kiya tha. par aap kaise itne kamzor ho sakte hain? jo dusro ko hosla dete hain annai ke khilab awaj uthane ke or khudh kiyu anniyai sahe?

Anirudh : tum jaanti thi?

Bondita : jisdin maine rc haveli call kiya tha ushidin mujhe doctorbabu mile or unhone mujhe sab bata diya kiyuki unhone apdono ki baatein sun li thi. ushdin to apne mujhse baat tak nehi ki or nahi uske badh kabhi mere khabar leni ki bhi kosis ki thi? kitna asan tha na apke liye?

Anirudh : main...main tumhe kaise samajhawu? mere liye kuch bhi nehi asan nehi tha. in 4 saalon mein khudko kaise samhala shirf main jaanta hu. tumhare bina haar ek paal jaise mere liye saal se kaam nehi baan gaya tha.

Bondita : jhoot maat boliye...agar itna hi zaruri thi mein apke liye to ushdin ayein kiyu nehi? meri shadiwale din apko maine chitthi bhi bheji thi intezar kar rahi thi apka. mujhe pura yakin tha aap ayenge par aap nehi ayein or meri...

Anirudh : meri kiya? tumhari shadi...

Bondita removed his hand and wipped her tears.She kept quite. Her silent making him hopeless.

Anirudh : chup kiyu ho? batao?

Anirudh asked shaking her shoulder. Bondita noded. Anirudh slowly removed his hand and smiled.

Anirudh : tumhari shadi hochuki hain...

Anirudh asked and tried to smile. Bondita again noded. his heart was aching.

Anirudh : oh...congratulations.

Anirudh congratulated her looking down. He looked otherside and wipped his tears and tried to smile. But how could he? He knew that maybe she got married but in past few days he got a ray of hope that maybe he is wrong. They kept sitting for sometime silent. After few moments. Anirudh spoke.
