The room's atmosphere was bone chilling for the several types of chemicals in the said room. Each chemical was hidden away in a white box on the shelves that covered the wall. And at the moment Scott Clarick, Wesley Nathanial's personal assistant was wishing he could hide away and never be found.

He wished he could go back to the labs with Benjamin. He couldn't even remember what the two had been working on, but anything sounded better than having a conversation with Nelson Syphus in a freezing storage closet.

"Is there a reason you wanted to meet with me Mr. Syphus. . .?" Scott asked, his eyes looking around the room for something to focus on. Nelson stood in front of his partner's assistant, watching him with critical eyes. The gaze made Scott's skin crawl and nervously fix his sleeves.

"Yes there is Scott," Nelson straightened his stance, "I would like to know if you could assist me with a. . . project. . ."

Scott's head dipped to the side somewhat, an eyebrow raised. "No offense Sir but shouldn't you be asking Autumn or Deborah with something like this? They would both be more qualified to help you" mentally Scott apologized to Deb, knowing very well she was not interested in helping Nelson.

The co-founder took one of his hands from behind his back and pushed a strand of black hair back as he looked away from Scott, seeming to consider his point. But almost immediately he looked back at the caramel hair man with a look in his brown pupils.

"That is true, but that is also the reason I do not need their help with this specific project" He explained, getting the frigidity man even more curious. "What I need is someone to be the subject for this project" dread sunk into his stomach.

"Wh-what!?" Scott yelped, taking a step away from his boss.

"It is a rather simple process Scott, you've seen this process before" Nelson dipped his chin down, an evil glint in his stare.

"I-I um I can't!" Scott began to shift towards the door, fear grabbing at his throat. Until a hand grabbed his wrist, tightly, stopping him in his attempt to escape.

"Scott this is a very important test, we must make sure this works "Scott tried to pull his wrist away from the man, flinching when the stone grip squeezed threateningly.

Scott gulped, his body was racking, memories of scream, crying, and dying patients flooded as Nelson pulled him closer to him. How was this man so strong for his age!?

A sinister smile spread across Nelson's face, seeming to enjoy terrifying man at his mercy. He opened his mouth, most likely to say something more threatening until the door slammed open. Scott jumped while Nelson's eyes widened, his grip crushed his wrist making Scott shut his left eye in pain, face twist from shock to pain.

The door's frame was busted, a heaving breathing Wesley leaning against the bent door. He glared at his partner, "Let him go Nelson."

Nelson looked back and forth between Scott and Wesley, before letting go of the assistant's wrist. He fell back against a shelf, sliding down to the floor. Nelson walked to the door, keeping eye contact with his other co-founder as he walked out of the room. Wesley watched him walk down the hall, glaring at his back until he turned the corner.

Quickly he ran into the storage, dropping to his knees in front of his assistant. He rolled his right shoulder before reaching over to grab Scott's shoulder, but stopped his hands hovering over his shoulders.

"Scott!? Are you alright?. . . Did he hurt you? Did he-" Wes was cut short when his assistant fell against his chest, shaking and gasping. "Scott. . ."

He placed his hands on his back, gently rubbing his back. They sat there for a few moments as the assistant slowly and somewhat calmed down. A few employees walked by the broken frame, peeking into the storage room only to get shooed away from a glare by their butterscotch haired bosses glare.

Wesley could hear a couple of people coming down the hall again, he immediately looked back at the open down with a glare. Which dropped once he saw his lover poke her head into view, followed by a familiar raven haired man. Deb walked into the room while Ben stayed at the door. She sat down next to the two, gently setting her hand on Scott's back. His head snapped up, looking over to Deborah.

Slowly Deborah took a deep breath in through her nose, then slowly released it out of her mouth. She watched Scott shakily copy her. They repeated breathing together while Ben awkwardly looked around. Wes looked over at him, giving him a thankful smile for telling him where Scott was.

Ben stood still before sighing, walking into the room and shutting the door behind him. He walked over and sat down on the other side of the assistant and his boss from Deborah. He watched the dark brown-haired woman help the lighter-haired man calm down while Wes continued to rub his back.

Xander walked through the halls, looking around for... literally the other fifty percent of the workers that were supposed to still be in the building. He had heard from April that Nelson had had a "talk" with Scott that Wesley had to intervene and now they were in a storage closet somewhere.

While everyone, including himself, believed it was best to leave them alone since... It was a talk with Nelson. But now he couldn't find Deborah nor Benjamin and most of the other employees had already left for the night. He was hired to fix the machines that did not have anything to do with chemicals. Personally he did not want to start a fire or maybe blow up the building.

As he turned the corner his eyes immediately were directed to a bent door. His head tilted as he walked to the door, placing a hand on the crack in the wood making the door slowly creaked open. He stood frozen for a moment, getting major horror movie vibes. He inhaled and pressed the door open even more, seeing the broken frame.

Looking into the storage room, shivering at the wave of cold air that hit him. Then searched the inside of the room for anyone.

He was pretty surprised to find not only Wesley and Scott, but also Deborah and Benjamin all leaning against each other. He stepped further into the room, trying to gain up the courage to try and at least wake one of them up.

"Don't."

Xander hopped back, almost hitting a shelf. He looked around until he saw Benjamin, who was leaning against Wesley's shoulder. He had one eye open and locked onto Xander as he tried to steady himself.

"I need help!" Xander whisper hissed, "I'm good with engineering not chemicals! What if I start a fire!?"

"The last thing we need is another fire" Deb muttered, snuggling further into Wesley's side.

"That's fair..." Ben muttered in agreement, sighing after a moment. He shifted around, attempting to push a deep asleep Scott off his chest. Eventually he was able to get the caramel haired-man off his chest and more onto Wesley.

He stood up and walked to the door, holding it open for Xander. He quickly scurried out of the room, followed by Ben who carefully shut the door.

"If there's another fire at least we know who to blame" Deb muttered.

"That's true" Wesley shifted as Scott did against him.
