13: The Trio And Memories

{Filler}

"May! Wait up!" Tyan limped behind me, and I giggled. Tyan and Kaitlyn got out of the hospital about a week ago, and we were having a lot of fun.

"Tyan! Come on!" Kaitlyn yelled, running as she held up her arm. The wind breezed in my face, the air gliding across the skin of my cheek. We were in the park, and playing. I ran ahead of Kaitlyn, and looked down at my feet, the sound of crunching grass filled my ears.

I bumped into someone.

"Oof! Sorry!" I said, looking up, and the guy was brushing himself off. Leo.

"What are you doing here drummer boy?" I smirked, pecking him on the lips. I turned around and saw Kaitlyn helping Tyan, and Tyan gave me a thumbs up, meaning I could talk for awhile.

"Kogs asked me to grab some groceries, but I decided to take the scenic route. It was a good idea." He smirked, kissing the top of my head. I ruffled his hair and he immediately attempted to straighten it back, and I laughed.

"You dork." I said, kissing him lightly.

"I gotta go May, I'll see you soon, I'm sure." He said grinning and took off. Tyan and Kaitlyn eventually caught up, and an idea popped into my head.

"Hey, Tyan, you're a yognau(gh)t, right?" I asked and she nodded her head excitedly.

"Say, if I brought you to Yogtowers..." I trailed off, and I bet you, if I was on Mars and Tyan was on earth, I could still feel her excitement.

"YES YES YES PLEASE!" She said, attempting to jump, but just ended up hopelessly on the grass. Kaitlyn and I laughed, and helped her back up. We then got in a cab and drove to the Towers.

-Yogtowers-

"Okay, let's go to my office first." I said skipping along; as Tyan gawked and admired everything.

"OMG! I'm in the actual Yogtowers!!" She shrieked, and I laughed, Kaitlyn had gone to the kitchenette, grabbing some food for Tyan and I. As she was doing that, Tyan looked at all my recording equipment and looked around my office, mouth wide and eyes sparkling.

"Chill man, you look like you just stepped into Heaven." I chuckled, and she turned to me.

"Because I am." She grinned, eyes full of excitement. She was radiating happiness; literally.

"AHHH! HOT HOT HOT HOT!" I heard Kaitlyn yell as she ran into my office holding a cup. She placed it on my table and shook her hand.

"I have to carry two more." She looked down, and walked back to the kitchenette. I followed her and helped her carry the tea back.

We spent ample time wandering around Yogtowers, then we headed back to mine and played video games. Well, with the exception of Kaitlyn. We had a Wii so we played that, and it was quite fun. We played for about maybe, 2 hours? Then Kaitlyn went home and brought Tyan back to her home as well, leaving me to have the house to myself.

I went to my room and scavenged through some of my childhood stuff that I brought to here. I picked up a dusty book, and unlocked the button. I wrote in it, with exceptionally neat handwriting. I began reading.

Dear Journal,

It's been 5 weeks since mum and dad threw me and Alex out. We've been wandering from street to street, sleeping on benches in public or sneaking our way into furniture shops and sleeping on their beds. We've been trying to find orphanages and I think we've finally found one. Today we asked a nice lady where an orphanage was, and there's one near here. Tonight Alex and I are yet again sleeping on a bench, but we set off tomorrow. Wish me luck.

Dear Journal,

I've finally found you! It's been forever. Things haven't been going so well. Since we've gotten to the orphanage, everyone bullies us. The last entry was when I was 4, now I'm 8. It's been 4 years. Alex is leaving the orphanage next year, but I get to go with him which is great. See you soon I guess.

I felt a tear slide down my cheek and I wiped it away before it dripped onto the book.

Some people might have perfect lives and perfect childhoods. But hey, not everyone has a fairytale for a life.

Not that bad for a filler chapter, hmph.

Okay, sorry for all fillers alright? I'm trying my best, I promise.

I've decided that this book shall only be about 50 chapters or so, or 25. Probably 50 though.

Let me explain. I think like, if I do a sequel, I can say this is like the first 50 chapters of her life? And then the sequel could be the next 50.

How is the idea? I honestly don't know.
