[Marco and Emily and their four year old baby girl]"Base on our projection, Sir. The company will gain 20% after a year so basically, mababawi na agad."
"What's the probability of this project?" Marco asked, twirling the pen he was holding for about half an hour already.
It's their weekly presentation and everyone were present, the executives, board of directors and members and poject managers, except the empty seat on Marco's side. It's Emily's seat. She was out because she needed to attend on their daughter's homeroom meeting. Even though Emily's working, she still managed to be a hands on mom to their four year old daughter, Emmy.
"Sir, we calculated everything and...." Arnold, one of the project managers explained but has brought to stop when someone barged inside the conference room.
"Daddyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!" Emmy, who looked every bit of Emily came running to his direction.
Everyone turned their attention to the little girl who's hair on a high pony, bouncing on her small shoulder.
Marco's serious expression melted when his eyes settled on his daughter.
"Daddy! Daddy! Daddy!" Emmy babbled when she was already in his arms. She showered him with kisses all over his face before giving him a quick tight hug.
"Look, Daddy! I have three stars!" Said the little girl while showing him her little arm which was filled with stars.
"Aba! Very good ang baby ko. Pag natapos na si daddy sa meeting, we'll go out, okay?"
"We'll go out? And we'll eat? And we'll buy toys and dresses and shoes?" The child asked excitedly.
Marco was about to answer when he heard a very familiar voice. When he turned, he saw his wife smiling apologitically to his companions inside the room as she slowly walked to them. Marco automatically smiled.
"Emmy, come here. Daddy have to work." She said to the child who pouted her lip but followed her by the way.
"Ba-bye, daddy." Said Emmy and held Emily's hand.
"Sorry." Emily mouthed, giving Marco a quick kiss on the lips which made his smile grew even wider.**
