The sun was already beaming when Marco woke up. He rubbed his eyes and turned to the other side of the bed. He smiled as he was welcomed by his beautiful wife who's still asleep on his side. He tucked some strands of her hair that covered the side of her face revealing her angelic face to him. Careful not to wake her, he gently carressed her cheeks tracing to her jawline. He moved closer and kissed her temple, then the tip of her nose, his eyes never left her face.

"I love you..." he whispered that eventually woke her.

She slowly opened her eyes, adjusting to the brightness of the sun and smiled when she realized that his husband was staring at her.

"Good morning.." Marco greeted her.

Emily didn't greet him back, instead she hugged him and even snuggled on the crook of his neck, sniffing to whatever scent he had.

"Ang sweet mo namang mag-good morning, mahal." Marco said carressing her arms. Emily giggled and lightly punched his chest.

"Bangon na."

Emily shook her head and hugged him some more.

"Sus! Ang aga namang maglambing ng asawa ko.."

She smiled when Marco kissed her forhead. She looked up to him and pinched his nose.

"Mahal din kita." She mumbled and slipped away from his embrace. She got up of the bed and head to the bathroom.

Marco chuckled and followed his wife.

"Good morning, Dad." Johannah greeted as Marco reached the dining area, already dressed for work.

"Good morning, anak." He kissed her cheek and tapped her small back.

Emily's footsteps got their attention. She was fixing her dress while walking towards their direction.

"Morning, mommy.." Johannah greeted her. She looked up and smiled at his daughter.

She gave her a beso on the both cheeks as she greeted her back. She then turned to Marco who's practically staring at her.

"Bakit?" She asked when she noticed his smile.

Marco shook his head, his arms around her waist.

"Ang ganda mo.." he said in his most pa-pogi and sincere way. Johannah can only smile at how his dad made his pacute to Emily.

Emily giggled and slapped his shoulder lightly. "Gutom lang yan." She said and turned to Johannah.

"Kain na tayo..."

He dragged a chair for her and playfully kissed the back of her head before settling himself beside her.

Marco have been tentative between their breakfast. He would put more scrambled egg and bacon on her plate or he would offer her a spoonful of his food.

"Dad.. Mommy can eat on her own. You don't need to do that.." his daughter commented upon seeing his actions.

"Ewan ko ba diyan sa Daddy mo, Johannah. Akala ata niya lumpo ako't kailangan niya pa 'kong subuan." And they both luaghed.

He just smiled not minding what they've said.

"Naglalambing lang, kayo naman..." he said as he wiped his mouth with the table napkin. He then reached for her hand on the table and gave it a light squeeze. Emily gave him a look. He mouthed, I love you which made her daughter squeal.

"Daaaad... you're so cheezy." Johannah said grinning at him.

Emily let out a small giggle.

"Maiwan ko na nga kayo.. Maiingit lang ako if I'd stay here longer."

"Eh hindi ka pa tapos kumain, Johannah." Emily said as she looked at her.

"Busog na 'ko sa kasweetan niyo." She tapped her shoulder and leaved.

"Marco talaga...." Emily mumbled when Johannah was already out of their sight.

"Bakit?" Marco innocently asked. He chuckled when he saw her rolled her eyes.**
