Chapter X - Rising Tension

Meanwhile, at the Vatulian Armed Forces Headquarters, "Good evening, commander," King Zymbyt greets the Commander-in-Chief of the Vatulian Space Forces, "Good evening, your majesty," the commander replied. "Commander, I am here because there is a risk of enormous rebellion rising, so I need you to recruit more soldiers immediately," King Zymbyt explained, "Understood, we will do it right away," the commander said.

Back on Earth, General Timofey is with Proxima, Rigil, and Toli. The four of them came to Mars with a transport spaceship. "Hey, I have a question. Was this planet got invaded by the Vatulians before?" Rigil asked, "Yes, they have," General Timofey said.

Then, they entered the Russian Aerospace Forces Headquarters in Moscow where they met the commander of the Aerospace Forces, Lieutenant General Aleksandr Plotnikov. "Greetings, general," General Timofey greets the lieutenant. "Ah, greetings General Drozdov. I heard you are coming today, and I see you brought your alien friends," General Aleksandr said pointing at Proxima and the others, "Yes, and I believe one of them has a request to make," General Timofey said. "Correct, it's me," Rigil steps forward to the lieutenant general, "Wow, it can speak in Russian. Did you teach him, general?" General Aleksandr asked, "No, he explained that he could speak every language in the Milky Way galaxy," General Timofey answered, "Incredible. Anyway, what are you going to ask?" General Aleksander asked Rigil. "Okay, first of all, my name is Rigil. I'm here to request a meeting with every commander and general of the air and space forces on Earth," Rigil explained, "A meeting, huh? And what is your reason for holding this meeting?" General Aleksander asked, "I heard your planet was under attack by the Vatulians, and I'm also against them." "So, I need to expand my team and help us to invade them back. In exchange, we can trade advanced technology for your society to develop. What do you say?" Rigil asked, "It sounds like a lot though I'm sure we can discuss this in the meeting," General Aleksander said, "All right, then," Rigil replied.

Proxima and the others, apart from General Alexandre, have left the building. "Should we go back to Mars?" Rigil asked, "Yeah," Proxima said. Two days later, General Aleksander contacted General Timofey, "The meeting will be in a week," General Aleksander texted. "Yes, sir," General Timofey replied.

One week later, General Timofey, Proxima, Rigil, and Toli showed up for the meeting, held at the Russian Aerospace Forces HQ. During the meeting, General Aleksander introduced the four of them to the generals of most air and space forces on Earth. (Most because some countries do not have air or space forces). Rigil then explained the Vatulian Empire and the need for more soldiers to invade them. The generals have all agreed to help them in any way they can.

Months have passed, and many recruits have enlisted in their nation's air force or space force and have received training. "Rigil! Rigil!" Proxima called and ran to him, "Yes, what is it?" Rigil answered, "Good news, more than 100,000 people have enlisted in the space force of their country," Proxima said, "Great, but I think we need to make more transport spacecraft," Rigil said. Then, Toli came over "Hey guys, I have a plan," Toli said, "What is it?" both brothers said, "We should attack and liberate the Alpha Centauri System first!" Toli said, "That's not a bad idea," Proxima said, "Yeah, we could hope that other protogens be in there and join us," Rigil replied.

In the Proxima Centauri c Space Station, a primagen was created, and one of the Vatulian engineers said that the primagen is stronger than protogens. The leader of the Qasash Divison is pleased to see that this is an opportunity to quickly capture the three siblings. Then, he ordered the engineers to create more primagens. Meanwhile, a Vatulian programmer forgets to cut Toli's access to Vatulian's database and quickly does it.

"Hey Toli, can you see how many protogens are in the Alpha Centauri System?" Proxima requested, "Yeah sure, hold on," Toli said. Toli tried to access the database, but she couldn't, "Huh I can't access it anymore, probably because I betrayed them," Toli said, "Oh, that's a shame," Proxima said. "Anyways, I'm going to give Toli's idea to General Timofey," Proxima said.

Proxima then entered General Timofey's office, "Oh Proxima, how may I help you?" the general said, "So, Toli made an idea. It's about attacking the Vatulian's base in the Alpha Centauri System," Proxima explained, "Hmm, attacking a nearby base sounds like a good start on how to invade the empire," the general said, "So, yes?" Proxima asked, "Yes, I will tell you about your idea with General Aleksander," the general replied. Rigil exited the room while the general texted General Aleksander. After a few minutes, General Aleksander seems reluctant about the idea but agreed to do it anyway. Moments later, General Timofey was informed that the President of Russia had agreed to attack, and then he announced it to the soldiers.

As soon as the invasion was announced, many soldiers began to prepare for it. The three siblings prepared the weapons and practiced fighting. Juxya and Nures (Rigil's friends, if you forgot) also helped them with the training.
