High School AU- Dean and Cas are around 16 or 17, while Sam is turning 14. Since it's Sam's birthday today, why not write about it. Also, all the Winchester's are alive!
"Hey, everybody shut up," Dean yells, "he's coming! Get in your places."
Everybody runs around the room trying to find a hiding place. Dean and Cas crouch behind the couch with Mary and John. Balthazar and Anna are standing left of the door with Michael and Lucifer to the right. Jess is hiding behind the recliner and Naomi, Adam, and Chuck are around the corner in the hallway. Crowley and Bobby hide in the kitchen while Ash makes an attempt to hide behind the fake plant in the living room.
All the guests fall silent as they hear the voice of Sam and Gabriel along with the sound of a key turning. The front door opens and Balthazar turns on the light. At the same time, everyone jumps up and yells "SURPRISE!"
Sam lets out a high pitched scream and everyone bursts out in laughter. Sam just glares at everybody and throws his stuff beside the door. Sam walks over where Dean is and punches him in the arm.
"You Jerk! Why would you do that!?"
"Because Sammy," Dean says as he slings an arm over Sam, "it's your birthday. That gives me the excuse to embarrass you a whole lot."
Sam glares at his brother, then turns to Gabriel, "Did you know about this?" Gabe just shrugs and lets out a "Sorry, babe."
Once everyone wishes Sam a happy birthday, Mary announces that it's time for presents and then cake. Sam sits on the couch and eagerly takes all his presents. Sam opens Crowley's first and see's that it's a book on serial killers. Next is Jess' present along with Cas'. Jess got Sam a stuffed moose and Cas got him a signed picture of the cast of Supernatural, Sam's favorite t.v. show. Sam also gets some movies, books, and shirts from everyone else.
Once Sam's finished, everyone heads into the kitchen for cake. When we get in we see that we are missing some seats. We send Adam down to the basement, or hell, to get more chairs. The basement is called hell because the AC doesn't work down there sometimes and then it gets REALLY hot.
In the kitchen, Ash almost wets himself from the liter of soda he drank earlier. With his rush to the bathroom, Ash didn't realize that when he ran into the basement door, he pushed in the lock.
While everybody was waiting in the kitchen, Mary and Naomi found the missing chairs. Once they sat them down, everybody dug into the cake, not even singing 'Happy Birthday' to Sam. With all the talking and laughing during the party, nobody heard Adam banging on the door.
"Hello? Guys, can you help me. It's getting pretty hot down here!"
Still, nobody heard Adam and his cries for help. They were all focused on Sam while Adam was stuck in hell.
