HELLO. This is an a/b/o verse and its set in the medieval times. Dean is alpha (obvi) and lil Cas in an omega.

Once upon a time, there was the Kingdom of Winchester. It was ruled by a beautiful, omega queen named Mary and a headstrong, but caring, alpha king named John. Together they had two beautiful sons named Dean, the oldest, and Sam. When they boys were young, the Kingdom of Winchester was thrown into a war over land with a kingdom in the north. In order to survive, they became allies with the neighboring Kingdom of Novak. 

When the Winchester's first visited the Novak's, they boys were only 10 and 6. The family was surprised with just how big the Novak royal family was. They had a total of 5 children, all from the omega Queen Naomi and alpha King Chuck. You had the oldest alpha twins, Luci and Michael, who were 17. Then came alpha princess Anna, 12, and then alpha prince Gabriel, 11. Lastly, there was Castiel, who was the same age as Sam.

During the war, the two families often visited one another. The kingdoms had went from allies to friends, even after the enemy kingdom was defeated. Sam and Castiel became very close, as did Gabe and Dean. When Castiel and Sam were 12, they presented as omega's. It soon became very clear the two had a crush on the others older alpha brother. Dean and Gabe were oblivious to this and became very caught up in the girls in many other visiting kingdoms. 

All was good and well until one day, there was a feud between King John and King Chuck. The dispute had led to the separation of the families and didn't have any contact for years. Then, years later, Queen Naomi contacts Queen Mary. Apparently, the kingdom had just suffered from a harsh winter where many livestock died and resources were cut off. Naomi explained that Chuck was stubborn and refused to ask the Winchesters for help. Mary understood and forced John to help.

When the family arrived at the Novak's, they were greeted with open arms from the family. They family was much smaller with the twins married off to omegas in another kingdom. Now, there only remained the beautiful alpha Anna, who is now 22. Trickster Gabriel, 21, and looks the same as ever. And then omega Castiel, 16, with bright blue eyes and a very small body compared to his alpha siblings. 

While gathering supplies for the kingdom, Dean and Gabe developed an interest in the omega brothers, much to the others dislike. Gabe was often seen flirting with Sam and making lewd comments that made the younger omega blush. Dean left flowers and other gifts in Castiel's room instead of confronting him like Gabe. So, it didn't come to a surprise when the alpha's finally got their stuff together and mated the omegas. 

As life goes on, the two families became friends again and many granbabies were born. As Dean has no control, it was expected that Castiel got pregnant withing the first year of mating. From then on out, he was just popping out litter after litter. Sam and Gabe waited, as they wanted to enjoy the "honeymoon" phase, to start their own family. By the time they were 20, Castiel already had 2 pups and was 6 months along, whilst Sam was only 3 months with his first. 

And they lived happily ever after.
