Wisdom Teeth

I was watching videos from wisdomteeths on insatgram and gave me a wonderful prompt. The only thing you need to know is that Cas in going to be female. This is for @PATDWithJohnlock because they are going through a tough time and need some love <3 

When Dean woke up, he was sitting in a medical chair and has something soft in his mouth. He was very confused and ha no clue where he was or how he got there. 

"Hello, Dean. I'm Dr. Mills,'' says a woman. She's standing by the chair and has on blue scrubs and a pair of blue latex gloves. He vaguely recognizes her. "Now I need you to open your mouth and let me change your gauze in you mouth. Don't bite."

She takes out some white thing that is soaked with blood and replaces them with new ones. Dean looks around the room, "Where am I?" he slurs. 

Dr. Mills smiles, "Your at the dentist. We took you and your brothers wisdom teeth out."

Mary comes in the door holding a camera towards Dean. "Hey sweetie,'' she coos. Dean looks at her with lidded eyes, "Where Sammy at?" 

Laughter echos through out the halls and Mary smiles, "He's on his way." 

Sam comes through the door being pushed by John and being followed by a girl. The girl is the prettiest Dean has ever seen. She had dark hair the falls down to her shoulders and bright blue eyes. She's wearing a gray shirt and jeans and is laughing at whatever Sam did.

She walks over to Dean and combs a hand through his hair, "Hey Dean". 

Dean looks at her, "Who are you?''

The girls laughs, "I'm Cas." She gets another confused look, "I'm your girlfriend."

"WHAT?" Dean yells. "No way you're my girlfrien'."

Cas nods and Dean smiles. "Can I see your boobs?" The whole room bursts out in laughter and Cas shakes her head, "Maybe later," she says but the moment is interrupted when Sam yells for Mary.  

"MOM MOM", Sam says through tears. He has his tongue in between his fingers and is looking down at it.  "MY-MY TONGUE IS GONE! THEY TOOK IT I CANT FEEL IT!" Dr. Mills assures Sam that his tongue is still there and calms him with the promise of milkshakes. 

At the mention of milkshakes, Dean stomach growls. "I want some pie," he mumbles. Cas looks down at her boyfriends, "You can't have any pie." 

"No pie," Dean whimpers. His eyes start tearing up and his lower lip trembles. Soon comes the water works, "NO PIE! I'LL NEVER HAVE PIE AGAIN. OH MY SWEET PIE!" he cries. 

Cas rolls her eyes and starts to calm Dean, explaining that he can have all the pie he wants tomorrow. 

When there up in Dean's room and back from the dentist, Dean asks to see his girlfriends boobs again. Cas simply unhooks her bra and lifts her shirt. Dean eyes widen and his laughter can be heard all through out the house.
