My Ex, Dean Winchester

Dean Winchester.

Castiel has never hated anyone more in his entire life.

The funny thing is, Castiel used to love Dean. For Heaven's sake, he was in love with him! I mean, when you've dated him for 8 months that tends to be the case, right? Yeah, well, apparently not for Dean.

According to his friends, their relationship was all one big joke. Just 8 months of fake goodnight texts, stolen kisses, and loving glances. The problem is, Castiel thought it was all real. He thought that somebody actually loved for who he was and didn't have an ulterior motive for dating him. Boy, wasn't he wrong.

2 weeks after their 8 month anniversary, Dean took Castiel on another date. They drove out into a secluded spot in the woods and Dean said they had to walk a little to get to our destination. So, they walked to wherever Dean was taking Castiel. When they reached it, Castiel was met with the surprise of Dean's friends. There was Crowley, Lisa, Alastair, Cassie, and Zachariah all waiting for them. Castiel stopped in his place while Dean kept walking and proceeded to give Crowley a high five.

Lisa smiled and walked forward. "Did you really think that Dean actually liked a freak like you?" Lisa asked.

Lisa laughed, "Wow, you did, didn't you?"

Everyone started laughing, while Castiel just stared at the ground and tried not to cry. "What a loser," said Zachariah.

Cassie stalked forward next, "It was all just a bet," she said. "Dean never liked you. We just bet hime 300 dollars if he would stay in an 8 month relationship with you."

Castiel looked up to Dean, but he just smirked and said, "Don't expect me to look sorry for you. It's your fault for ever believing I loved you."

Again, everyone laughed. Lisa walked over to Dean and Dean put an arm around her wait.

"Yeah. Why would Dean date someone like you when he has me."

After that, they all got into their cars and left, leaving Castiel stranded. Trying not to cry, Castiel started to walk back home. Once he finally reached their, he angrily stomped upstairs to his room. Whenever he reached the safety of his room, then did he sink to the floor and cry.

Soon, Gabriel, Castiel's older brother, came and knocked on his door.

"Cas, are you alright. I saw you come in crying. What's wrong?"

Castiel wiped his eyes and opened his bedroom door. Once Gabriel saw the state he was in, he immediately pulled his younger brother into a hug. After a few moments of internal debating, he told Gabriel what happened.

Needless to say that Gabriel was furious. He wanted to go over and beat the crap out of the older Winchester. Castiel held him back, saying he didn't want to start anymore drama and that it wouldn't be good for Gabriel's job tutoring the younger Winchester, Sam. With much displeasure from Gabriel, he agreed.

Even though he couldn't beat up Dean, he did phone his mother, Mary, while Castiel was in the living room eating ice cream and watching his favorite show, Supernatural. Mary came over later, apologizing to Castiel over what her oldest son had done. Sam was right behind her, promising to make Dean's life a living hell.

For the first time that night, Castiel smiled.

I sorta based this off of a scene from the movie Kick-Ass. So, if you've seen the movie, you have a better idea of what I was going for.
