"Why not in the study room?"
That question made Ari choke on her juice. She thought after the last night activities the incident must be long forgotten but she was wrong.

"Because -I didn't want to get caught, I knew you would know if I left the room."
Ari looked nervous.

"Ari, are you hiding something from me?"
"No, not at all" she replied too fast.

"Is the workload too much?"
"No, it's because yesterday I slept during daytime so I was not able to finish everything up during office hours."

Ari was relieved that Tae made no further inquiries about it. She lied, lied about how she is doing it from a week. She doesn't want him to get worried about her when he already has so much at hand.

"Love, I've to leave for Singapore tomorrow."
"What for?"

"I've to attend a meeting for a project collaboration, then I'll have to check out the site and bring their concept of idea over here to carry out their design."
"When are you coming back?"

"In few days, I can't just leave the company when it's at a new stage. There's so much to do here, I think I'll call up my brother to handle it here."
"Sounds good, is he in Korea right now?"

"Not at the moment, but I'm sure he won't mind sitting on my desk, pretending to be the mentor of everyone."
"Hehe, yes. He'll love the attention."

After breakfast, they made their way to office in their own cars. She set off to the meeting room of their department. On entering she noticed how everyone were in a serious discussion.

"Good Morning, Aerumssi." Soobin beamed. Ari smiled and greeted him, the boy was his junior both in work and age, but quite enthusiastic in his job.

"I'm telling you there is no such thing as soggy cereals" said Jimin.
"Then how do you even eat them?" questioned Hari.

"If you want them soggy than why do you make them crunchy in the first place."
"And if you want them crunchy why don't you just have it without milk" she retorted.

"Well, that's the whole point, it tastes good with milk, the crunchiness."
"Pff, of course it's going to get soggy if it's in milk. You can't control it."
"How can that be when you eat it before it gets soggy?"
"So are you telling me that you won't eat it if it gets soggy?"

"I'm saying I never let them get soggy, I add as much as I can eat without getting it soft."
"Who adds cereal in their milk?"
"Don't tell me you add milk in your cereal?"

"Enough" Jennie shouted. Everyone just got quiet looking down. Wait, why is Ari looking down she just came, she had no part in this.
"As our other head is here let's start with some work, shall we?"

They discussed about the site visits, taking shifts as to remark the points. The progress must be reported at the end of the day.

"As for our last point, the finance department is asking for a meeting with us and the CEO." Jennie spoke with gritted teeth to display her dislike towards the finance people.

"But he's going tomorrow" Ari blurted out without thinking.
"How do you know?" every eye on her.

"I ran into him while coming up, he told me that any meeting for three days will be under the one who will hold the place" she said nervously praying they won't catch her lie.
"You mean he's going to give someone else the power, who can it be?"

"I can't believe how much trust he must've on that person, or even how much authority he or she must have."

Ari was listening through it all, different theories cooking up in their minds but what they don't know is how notorious the other is, only two people in the office knows the real elder Kim. She knew he can be very handful at times but manages everything well.

Chim, Ari and Jiwon made their way to the cafeteria.
"I'm famished."
They were waiting for their order. Talking about random things.

"I heard Sir Taehyung is going to Singapore" one of the employees said.
"Really, I'll miss him."

"You mean you'll miss his handsome face."
At that they both giggled. Ari and her friends heard the whole conversation, she knew her boyfriend is quite attractive but she didn't know he had such a fanbase.

"I don't see any point as to why they are crushing on the boss." Ari said displaying her she thought opinion.

"What are you talking about? I remember how you crushed on that exchange manager from Japan."
"What? That was just attraction, these people are literally dreaming their life with him."

"Aren't you still dreaming a life with BTS?"
"Hey, that is different."
"How is it different? You both are looking forward to things you won't get."
"I still have a chance to meet them you know."
"Of course, as if you'll be able to afford their tickets. At least they can stare at their boss and in fact talk with him in meetings."

Ari thought she did have a point. Instead of feeling jealous at how people are talking about her boyfriend's ass, she was now focused on how to meet the loves of her life, money was not the problem, maybe she should hold a meeting with Taehyung to talk about this matter.

Ari devoted her whole afternoon in researching and finally went with the file in hand. She was too motivated and she was not going to back down. With a loud thud the door of the CEO's opened.

Tae can clearly see the girl wants something and she's there to get it. She pulled the chair and sat with arms crossed.

He was really busy at the moment, preparing for the trip. He had no room for pointless conversation.

He sighed, "Go on."
"I know we are still in office so as your beloved marketing head I'm here to ask something from you."
"Which is?" he was keeping it short and direct.

"I want a leave for day after tomorrow."
"And?" he knew there had to be something, he was patiently waiting for her to speak.
"And I want a ticket for BTS concert."

"No" he said plainly.
"I'm sorry, I think I heard something wrong" she had a look of confusion.
"You heard it right, as you've already mentioned it's day after tomorrow you do realize there is no way to get them now, everything's booked."

Ari knew there was no chance, she was so busy with work that she forgot the dates but she tried out her luck. She thought that maybe the boy would surprise her with a live theatre ticket, which they are holding for those who can't attend the concert.
She can't blame anyone for her mistake, anyways she reassured herself she would have no time anyways. Eating the chocolate Tae gave her on her way out, she already felt better and started making plans for the next three days, it's going to be a fun ride.
