One - One

Ari woke up and felt something warm on her back, getting alarmed she tried to turn when she heard a groan. She saw two hands tightly hugging her waist from behind. Her boyfriend was sleeping next to her almost crushing her.

She slowly turned around to look at the sleeping beauty. Tae was looking peaceful, hairs messy with puffy cheeks, the lips turned to pout as leaving soft breath. Her fingertips touched the cheeks gently as to not wake the other, feeling him under her skin felt so good.

She hugged him back, her head snuggled on his chest and fell asleep again.

Tae woke up to someone kissing all over his face. He opened his eyes to look at her love smiling back at him.

"I guess someone missed me" he said in his deep sleepy voice and looked at her.
She dived in to the crook of his neck and inhaled taking in his scent "Hmm, I didn't knew you were coming today."

"I missed you and I was done with all the meetings."
He let her pepper few kisses on his neck and than held her nape, removing few strands of hair he brought her face close and kissed her.

The kiss was desperate, both bringing their bodies closer, touching everywhere and feeling the skin. Oh how much they missed this. They break it off when felt the need of breath. Tae hugged her while stroking her hair.

Ari touched the mole on his nose and admired the beauty in front of her. He looked so handsome even after just waking up. She can never get over waking up in his arms and not feel all giddy up.

" Darling how about we try those positions you talked about last night hmm?" He asked raising his eyebrows, teasing her.

"Tae I've to wake up for office, I have no time for this, leave me." She whined.
"Not before you kiss me." He pouted. She thought how innocent he looks with a pout on his lips although the words were no where near it.

After making out for few minutes,
"Are you coming by the office today?"
"Yes I've few meetings to attend and to catch up with the work done."

"You mean the debate with finance and marketing" she rolled her eyes.
"Love, it's a discussion. Also it'll be fun because there's a new manager joining remember the lady I told you about yesterday 'Yu Na-bi'."

Ari nodded to it hearing about it for the first time as she had no idea about the lady, not listening to a word last night.

"What about Jin Oppa?"
"For now he's staying, he hasn't planned about his next trip and going to stay with my parents till then."
"Fair enough, let's all three of us have dinner together, I'll tell Mary to cook his favourites."
"Sounds good, I'll let him know and decide according to my schedule."

Ari was all ready for the fight oops I meant the meeting. She looked at the players sitting across them. The last defeat still not forgotten. She never understands why there are so many meetings between these two team, it's like Tae's doing this for his own entertainment watching everyone maintain their cool trying their best to not burst out. The guy is rich yet every project goes by the budget decided by the so called finance team, at that Jiwon rolled her eyes completely agreeing.

This time there is this new face, Yu Na-bi. She was offered the job after she handled the Singapore project, Tae was definitely impressed. She was not only sharp and talented as he told but she looked too much pretty. Her features were feminine and eyes soft. The small smile she gave everyone when introduced herself was cute too, she can play an actress or be a model even.

"For the museum project, how about we promote it by holding live street figure art?"

"Ms. Lee, please elaborate about it." Taehyung asked for it professionally giving all the attention to his girlfriend.

"It's obvious that the museum will have the art collection from different corners of the world. And to portray our interest we can use body paint and hiring professionals to create live art. It's a new idea and can attract more attention."

So far everyone seemed convinced until the new finance manager popped in,
"Our project is focusing on hanging art mainly sky gallery. How human art figures are related with the art form we are to present?"

"There will be sculptures too and our main goal is to show the importance of art, even better when there's varied version of it."

"It can be an insult to the artist if we don't bother showing something they are specialising in. Our public might except the same human figures even in the museum."

"So that's it we can add a small show in an auditorium of the painted bodies."

"I believe that we have already given the space to every artist and there is no more space for the new plan to fit. The whole idea will just increase the budget unnecessarily."

"What is your opinion than?" Ari asked directly reaching her limit when she found the other won't agree to her idea at all.

"I think if we go by your idea than mostly commuter will see it not covering up all the public."

Taehyung asked, "Do anyone else have other plan?"Looking at everyone expecting an answer. Yet again the finance manager Yu Na-Bi gave her idea ,it was like she even prepared for the marketing team's work.

"The best thing to do in this is to advertise."

Ari can't believe her words, did she just all the way said old school. She controlled her emotions but Jiwon can't and she exclaimed, "No way, what do you plan to do? Distribute pamphlets and print ads in newspaper!"

"Certainly not. What I plan to do is ads on T.V, e-news, Instagram, YouTube and other social media platforms." Miss Na-Bi said too calmly not being bothered of others reaction.

"Than how is our company different than others? How do we show our uniqueness if we are still bound to old methods. Nobody have thought about marketing art in such a way before, our company will be first and different in every way." Ari let out in one breath.

"See that's the thing no one implemented such a plan not because they can't think of any it's because it's not an efficient idea to use money on it."

Did she indirectly said their whole plan was stupid and waste of money, hell yeah she did. The whole marketing team were shocked to hear it.

"We have enough budget, our company's not going to fall for a mere costing" Ari gritted through her teeth, anger visible on her face.

"Currently we have so many projects going on, big and small. And honestly this is the smallest one on the list. I personally believe instead of investing so much in a low amount project we shall use it in other plans."

She was not completely wrong but Ari loved art, she was very excited to organise the whole thing. She was the one who called up the artists and met with them for portraying their talent and love for it in their museum. She can't believe one of her dream idea that she planned for so long just got crushed in the span of thirty minutes.

Taehyung can clearly see the disappointment on the marketing team's face when he granted Miss. Na-Bi's idea but it hurt him to see the sadness and anger in his girlfriend's eyes.

"The marketing plan will go according to Miss.Na-Bi's idea. I want the whole team to start working on it and show me the advertisement and posters. Also there is an addition, we will present the human figure art show in the museum, it must be of fifteen, changes in the interior and planning should be made accordingly."

"There will be no meeting held regarding this project between the finance and marketing team. The budget must be set and shown to me directly after getting the numbers from marketing."

The meeting was concluded with Finance-1 and Marketing-1. Ari really didn't think today's fight will be their lose. She can't help but feel angry towards the new manager for ruining her idea. She stomped out from the room without looking at her boyfriends face who was waiting for her by the corner.

Taehyung sighed, he knew she was angry and he had already started planning the best way for her to let out the wrath. He just have to wait for evening for her to calm down.

All the while Jennie can only think of one thing, "How did the new manager know so much about the company when she just joined today? She was working in Singapore before how on earth she managed to grab all the details in two days?"
