I'd asked faith for kols number so I could call him as I couldn't get to new Orleans, she was suspicious why I wanted it but I told her it was just in case of emergencies. I pressed call as soon as I added him.
He picked up relatively quickly.
"Hello, who is this"
"It's fred, I need to talk to you, preferably If you aren't near faith so she can't hear"
"Sure, I'm not near her, what do you want"
"So I wanted to ask you for permission as you're her only male relative, I think anyway, I wanted to ask if it's OK if I propose "
"Mate, of course you can, she'd kill me if I said no and I can't be killed and she'd still find a way "
"Thank you kol"
"If klaus and Elijah were still here they'd probably kill you though"
"Yeah I wish I had met them"
"Maybe you will one day" kol sighed
"What?"
"Nothing, good luck, that girl would say yes if you bought her chicken nuggets"
Kol hung up before I could question further on his maybe you will one day comment. I guess you shouldn't question anything thst goes off in the Mikaelson family.
