55.family is a pain

Lyssa went to spend her holiday with Sofie as I was sure something was about to go down in new orleans and obviously I was right. I spent most weekends helping out at the twins shop and I swear to these guys never learnt how to clean, im telling you molly would have cried. freds defense was "its not that we don't know how, more that we don't have time" but then all they do all night is watch tv.  I had to go home for the week but they promised to try and keep it clean with the threat of telling molly.  when I got back to new Orleans kol and the others seemed on edge, they hadn't heard me come in so I only caught part of the conversation. Hope knew I was coming back so she listened with me.

"They're going to find out soon they aren't stupid." freya told them.

"I don't think they're ready to find out." kol replied.

"Well even if they aren't I know for a fact they'll be more mad about you not telling them and them finding out randomly" davina added. 

I opened the door and walked in. 

"Or they could already know due to having nightmares about their uncle and father being back and they could have noticed their family acting strange or maybe they are just guessing" I said and sat in the corner with Hope.

"We didn't realise you were back" kol said.

"I guessed that, so when are we going to see them?" Hope asked.

"well personally I think now is as good a time as any, wouldn't you agree uncle?"

"I did warn you they would realise." freya commented.

kol left the room and there was silence until he came back with two people following after him. I stared at them for a moment then hope  and I ran to hug them. they were actually back, it didn't feel real even though I already knew. We let go after a while.

"hello little wolves" klaus spoke.

"hey kids" elijah said.

"hi" we said at the same time. 

suddenly I heard a sort of crack sound. 

"Hey love I have your phone you left it at ours" 

my father and uncle both turned their heads to where the voice had come from. I ran out of the room.

" fred, hi, um don't freak out ok" that was all I got out before the others appeared.

"faith, isn't that your dad, I thought him and Elijah died?"

"yes, so love I'm going to need you to not freak out. kol decided to bring them back, remember when I told you about the hollow and that's the reason they died, well kol found a way to bring them back without bringing that back so poof now they're here."

"I remember this kid, he was on that call that one time" klaus spoke. " I noticed you called my daughter love, are you two courting?" 

"what is courting? " fred whispered to me.

"yes dad we're dating, my fiance actually"

"If you need extra opinions, fred is actually ok, even uncle kol approves of him" hope added.

"yeah the kids good" 

"I've seen the way those two are together, they love each other and he treats her right" Davina added.

"Well it's a pleasure to meet you, and welcome to the family." Elijah said.

"It's nice to meet you both, and I promise I would never do anything to hurt faith or hope for that matter, you have  wonderful daughters and I love faith and hey i've already died due to family problems i'm pretty sure I can handle the craziness" Fred told them.

"yeah see he's great, thanks for bringing my phone love" I kissed him on the cheek.

"no problem, I need to get back to the shop, it was nice to meet you guys, goodbye" he then apparated away.

For the rest of the night we caught up with our dad and uncle, luckily there were no more questions directly about Fred. Everything wasn't going to get back to normal straight away but just laughing with family was good, even aunt Rebekah showed up.
