50. midnight rain

Fred and I had been out all day as it was still the holidays and the twins day off, they closed the shop on Mondays.
I decided fred should try muggle things so I took him to mystic falls as it was time for a school fundraiser, a fair. He soon got involved in most of the games, especially the hook a duck. Weasleys and rubber ducks I swear to god he got obsessed with the game.

We'd been there hours, I cannot believe he had never had Cotton candy, the wizarding world needs to sort itself out.

It was nearing midnight as we were driving down to New Orleans with a car we borrowed from my dad. I stopped near the side of the road and got out of the car.

"What are you doing?" Fred asked.

"Come on " I smiled and closed the door.
Once we were stood next to eachother I told him to look up.
There were a few clouds but the sky was full of stars.

"I know you see this view at the burrow anyway but its beautiful."

"It's very Beautiful" fred laughed.

I felt a drop of rain on my face then there was a sudden downpour of it.

"We should get in the car love" fred laughed.

"No no just wait a minute it will clear up" I had my hands on his face looking into his eyes, they were a warm brown, he had rain running down his face.
I slightly raised my feet so I could be his hight and our lips connected. His hands were on my hips gripping tightly. We kissed for what felt like ages until we finally pulled apart. My arms were now around his neck.

"Promise me this is forever" I stared at him.

"I promise" he smiled.

"Always"

"And forever, Family motto right?" He was still smiling.

"Yes yes now let's get this car back to new Orleans so we can aparate back, you've got work tomorrow"  I laughed as we ran back to the car.
