A/N: Billy isn't Y/n boyfriend at the beginning he is her best friend also Trigger Warning for a little abuse.

Y/N POV

"DON'T IGNORE ME Y/N!" my boyfriend shouted as we got into yet another argument, "I'M NOT I'M JUST WALKING AWAY FROM YOU!" I shouted back at him walking away out of the living room of his house. "YOU GET BACK HERE YOU LITTLE BITCH!", He shouted again running after me, he grabbed my wrist and turned me around as he pinned me up against the wall and held me by my throat, I gasped for air as his grip tightened, "you think you can walk away from me and not face the consequences huh?", He said leaning closer to my head, he let go and I fell to the ground, soon enough I felt a hard slap across my cheek, as I held my cheek in shock I slowly stood up and walked up to him "we're done asshole", I said as I continued to walk past him grabbing my bag on the way out.

I stood in the street unaware of where to go, I couldn't go home my parents would be furious with me for coming home late, and I definitely couldn't go back there so I started walking to the only place I knew, Billy's house. His dad and stepmom are out of town and Max is at Elevens place. 

I spent most of the walk to his house crying, I soon arrived at his house and knocked on the door he opened with a surprised look to see me standing there until he saw my bruised cheek and my crying face, He pulled me into a hug and cradled my head in his hand, "Hey, what happened?" he said as I cried into his shoulder, he brought me inside and sat me on the couch, "it's ok you're safe now don't worry" he cooed into my ear as he held me close, I continued to cry into his shoulder for another 10 minutes until I had calmed down enough to talk. "Can you tell me what happened y/n?" I nodded "We got into another argument and he got angry and pushed me up against the wall and then slapped me across the face and I just got up and walked away and said 'we're done and I walked out and came here", I said as I leaned back against the couch as Billy stood up furiously "HE DID WHAT?!", Billy looked at me and then walked into his room, "Billy what are you doing?" I said in a concerned tone, Billy soon came out of his room with a baseball bat in hard "I'm gonna beat that motherfuckers ass", Billy said as he grabbed his keys "Billy wait", I said before I pulled him into a kiss, He pulled away with a smirk "Be back soon princess" he said with a wink at the end, I watched him walk out the door and to his car driving off to my ex-boyfriend's house. 

*Time Skip*

Soon enough Billy returned covered in sweat with a bloody baseball bat, I walked up to him and took the bat from his hand throwing it on the couch I pulled him in for a passionate kiss and lead him into the kitchen to check for any wounds he had, surprisingly he was spotless which means Billy got to him before my ex could do anything. "what did you do to him?" I asked curiously, "I just roughed him up a bit," he said with his classic smile, I looked at him "you beat him to death with the bat didn't you?", He smirked "not to death more too severely injured so he'll leave you alone," He said looking at me I let out a light laugh, "well thanks for going and defending me", "Oh no problem princess anything for you", He said as he pulled me in for another kiss, I think I'll be also happier with Billy.
