One Cold Night
02: Dinner tayo?Vera Alette's POV
"Rise and Shine darleng! bebeko! biko!" Someone nudged my shoulder!
I groaned and covered my whole body using my blanket and kept my eyes closed, pero may yumuyugyug pa rin sa akin!
When I opened my eyes, Lisa's face welcomed me, nakatingin siya sa akin, nakahawak sa mag-kabilaang baywang. I looked on the other side and Andie was there, cooking. She turned her gaze on me and gave me a small smile.
I could hear Lisa's loud voice from the outside, probably ranting about something again. I couldn't hear her clearly because her voice was muffled inside the bathroom.
I washed my face and tied my hair into a high bun before going out, I should've just changed my clothes too...
I also walked towards the kitchen and grabbed a plate from the dish rack before sitting in front of the table.
Andiecooked bacon and eggs, which are perfect for breakfast.
"Kape? Gusto niyo?" Andie asked. As usual, Andie would always do her best to give us all we needed.
"Yes, please," I answered and smiled at her.
That's more like to be her.
I sneered at her and playfully rolled my eyes, "Says the woman who always say 'mag-brebreak din yan.' whenever she sees a couple." I stopped and turned my gaze on her, "duh, Lisiela, among the three of us, ikaw ang pinaka-ampalaya." She held her chest and silently gasped.
"Any objection to my statement?" I asked, raising one of my eyebrows.
Napabuntong hininga naman si Andie at umupo sa kabilang gilid, she gave us our coffee before sitting down.
"Thank you," Lisa and I said in unison. We started eating after that.
"Saan ka galing kagabi?" Andie suddenly asked, pinning her eyes on me. She squinted her eyes and leaned her upper body forward.
"Hmmm outside," I answered and shrugged. I tilted my head to the side and looked back at her.
