Me and alexi are brothers, we never had much of a family besides our older brother. But he died last night after a shift helping the Russians underneath the starcourt mall.
Now it's just me and alexi. We have no home anymore sense the Russians found out that we are rats, now were on the run but this morning i woke up to find alexi has gone missing, so i did the only thing I could do, decided to go to my only friends house.
I grab the few things i have left and put on my shoes.
Murry is a friend of ours, he's American but is fluent in Russian Wich is perfect sense i don't really speak English that well.
I get in the car and drive to his house. Soon, i get there and step Infront of the camera murry has set up for security.
"Hey, murry! It's me!" I say.
"Come inside." Murry says as the opens the door with a gun in hand.
That doesn't surprise me sense i know he's very paranoid.
"Murry, i need your help you already know what happened last night but today i woke up and alexi is missing and i can't find him!" I say on the verge of tears.
"I know what happened to him. I'm gonna tell you but you have to promise to not freak out about it ok? -i nod at his words.- alexi was kidnapped by americans. However, i know one of them, her name is Joyce. She came here with her sheriff friend for help with translation. Alexi is in my living room with them."
As soon as he finishes explaining this to me he opens the door and i see alexi with handcuffs and a strawberry slushy.
"Alexi!!" I say running up to him.
But before i can hug him the sheriff stops me.
"Murry.. who's this and why did you let him in?" He says with an annoyed voice.
Even tho I can't speak English that well i understand it enough to know what hes saying.
"Don't touch him!" Alexi says.
"I'm his brother you american fuck! Now let go of my arm!"
"He's Alexi's brother, he also doesn't speak English but we can trust him."
He lets go of me and i hug alexi.
"I was so worried!"
"I'm so sorry, but I'm here now ok?"
"I'm sorry, why is he here?"
"Our brother died yesterday because the Russians found out we were passing on informations about their secret project. They found out where we lived after torturing our brother and killing him so me and Alexi had to move and we've been on the run ever sense, until I woke up to him missing because of you guys."
Murry translates what I said to them Wich makes Joyce give me a sympathetic look.
"I'm sorry about that." She says.
"Can we talk alone for like five minutes? I promise we will tell you everything you want to know after that." I say to murry so he can translate.
"Of cours-"
"No, absolutely not." The sheriff says.
"Hop, give them five minutes. They've been through a lot and they can be helpful to us."
"Fine."
"Don't worry brother. The American couldn't even take my drink order right. He probably won't hurt you." Alexi says as they all give us some space by going into another room.
"I missed you. I was so afraid i lost you too.."
"Hey, I'm ok! I'm still here with you. Don't worry about me I'm not going anywhere, I'll never leave you alone, i promise."
"I love you bro."
"Love you too, n/n. Don't forget that our brother is watching over us and that he would never leave us alone. Your safe with me." He says comforting me as tears drops fall from our eyes.
"Thank you, you can always count on me too ok? I'm sorry you had to go through this alone, but I'm here and I'll never leave you again."
"Thanks.. we should probably talk to the Americans now because the one who messed up my order is looking angry. He has serious anger issues."
After that, we help the Americans with their plan.
