Body swap(⚠️discontinued!⚠️)

Chapter 1

On the track the race was about to begin "dont be too sad when i beat you in this race faker" sonic said with his normal cocky grin facing the dark hedgehog who was across from him at the starting line "you wish you could win against me" shadow scoffed sending a glare to the blue hedgehog "well we'll see when I'm first to the finish line" sonic said acting smug earning a growl from the ebony hedgehog "you two are so childish" rouge said the whole team getting tired of the two hedgehogs bickering

"You guys need to be quiet" knuckles said he was mad because he was supposed to be guarding the master emerald right now but was forced to come because his team leader wanted to prove that he was better than his rival. Knuckles wanted to leave but couldn't or else the race wouldn't start and there was already too many people here already so he can't just leave "sonic maybe the comments can wait until the race is over" tails said he was there because he couldn't say no to his brother and sonic also promised to clean the whole house for two week if he agreed so its kind of a win-win scenario.

Thats when the speaker sounded and the count down started

"3..." the speaker said, everyone already to race
"2..." it said once again as shadow and sonic share one last glare to each other before bringing their attention to the rose ahead of them
"1... GO!" The speaker said finally as the race finally began and they were off sonic and shadow where neck and neck and the others behind them letting their leaders do their thing "sometimes they're too much" rouge commented "i agree their rivalry is rather pointless" omega responded.

While Sonic and shadow where taking the race seriously they even bumped into each other on purpose to slow the other down "out of my way faker" shadow said pushing sonics car into the railing "hey! Watch out!" Sonic said pushing shadows car back that kept going on until the first lap

"whats that sound?" Shadow said "nice try i wont fall for that" sonic said confidently but then he also started hearing something "HOHOHOHO" a distant voice said "Eggman!" Sonic said "thats right and this time I'll make sure i take you down!" Eggman said thats when his Eggmobile turned into a large truck with a big laser right on the front and Eggman who was pointing it right at the two hedgehogs in front of him.

Both shadow and sonic where able to dodge most attacks but the laser made deep holes in the ground Eggman vehicle was big enough to get over it but the others weren't meaning they couldn't continue the race so it was just sonic and shadow who had to deal with this now most people in the stands had left at the sight of Eggman but some stayed to cheer their hero on.

"Sonic!" Tails said who was flying in the air holding onto knuckles "tails drop me i can handle Eggman!" Knuckles said tails just nodded and dropped the echidna on top of Eggmans truck and aimed a punch directly at the doctor in mid air but was stopped by a force field "HOHOHO you dont think I wouldn't have thought of that already" Eggman laughed earning a growl from the red echidna he just kept punching at the force field over and over until it cracked slightly Eggman noticed and pressed a button in front of him opening the side compartments of his vehicle making swarms of bee bots come out and start attacking the audience "knuckles you stall Eggman we'll deal with the bee bots" rouge said flying above knuckles and swooping back towards the stands knuckles nodded and continued to punch at the force field

Eggman growled in frustration and shot at the two hedgehogs one last time before knuckles broke open the barrier and tackling Eggman making the truck drive right into the stands luckily no one was there and knuckles was able to jump out holding Eggman above his head while the vehicle exploded but unfortunately sonic wasn't as lucky  the laser had hit right next to his car and the aftershock from the laser being so intense it flipped sonics car bumping it right into shadows both of they're vehicles with them inside flew into the stands with a small fire lighting sonics car was laying upside down on shadows.

Shadow looked up above him to see sonic hanging upside down with his arms hanging downwards unconscious the seatbelt helping him stay on his seat shadow wasn't injured the leased he had were small bruises and cuts and so did sonic, shadow tried opening his door but suddenly his vision got blurry and could hardly stay awake there was a strong smell in the air making him lose consciousness his head hit the steering wheel hard as he passed out the last thing he heard where people yelling before he completely blacked out.

im so happy to finally get the first chapter out i hope you like it and will enjoy the series from here on out
