Avalon slowly crept behind Fred and George, in hope of surprising them. But before she could do that, they whirled around, surprising her and she let out a small shriek.

Fred started laughing. "You thought you could creep behind us without us knowing? Impossible."

Avalon scowled, "You ruined my surprise."

"You would have try harder than that, Avalon." said George smugly.

"Or should we say, Miss Potter?" Fred winked.

Ron had told them the truth, after asking her and Melora's permission of course. Both Ginny and Percy too knew it. But they only knew that Avalon was Harry's twin and Melora was Sirius' daughter, they didn't know about them being from the future and all that. They didn't even know that Sirius was innocent or Pettigrew was the real culprit.

Avalon quickly looked around, but there weren't many people around and they didn't seem to have heard him. She relaxed and gave a him a deadpanned look.

"Peh-lease, I think Snape is enough to call me that." she said. Then a her face brightened and she crossed her arms across her chest. "Anyway, I have a good news for the two of you. You can finally know who the marauders are." she smirked.

"And?" George pressed, raising his eyebrows in curiosity.

"And the marauders are . . ." she gave a suspenseful pause, a smile tugging at her lips.

"Are?" Fred said, urging her to continue.

"They are Professor Lupin, Peter Pettigrew, Sirius Black, and James Potter."

Their reactions were worth all the wait. Their eyes had widened and their mouths had parted slightly in surprise. Avalon had to purse her lips tightly to not burst out laughing.

"Professor Lupin?" Fred said, his tone unbelievable. "The one who taught us Defence against the Dark Arts -- ?"

"Peter Pettigrew, who died in the hands of Sirius Black?" said George.

" -- Sirius Black, the mass murdered who just escaped again --"

" -- and James Potter, your and Harry's father?" George finished, the astonishment so clear in his eyes.

"Unbelievable." Fred whispered, and grinned. "You were right, we couldn't have imagined them even in our dreams."

George muttered, "Who would've thought that these four would've been friends? It seems almost impossible."

"And yet, it is the truth." said Avalon, looking smug. "How was your OWLs, by the way?"

"Oh, Avalon, you just needed to bring up the worst topic ever, did you?" said Fred, and he sling a hand around her shoulder.

"What? I'm just curious."' she said defensively.

"Don't be curious." said George. "And instead, join us in our mischief."

Fred wiggled his eyebrows at her. "What do you say? Want to prank with us?"

Another one of her wildest dreams coming true. She grinned and said, "Of course. You don't even have to ask."

She wondered whether they knew how much that invitation meant to her -- it meant more than they could even fathom. But how would they know? They didn't know how much she has looked up to them in admiration and for inspiration. They didn't know how much that invitation meant to her -- but maybe one day. Maybe one day she'll tell them everything.

"But where will you be staying during the vacation?" Harry asked them. "You can't stay here at Hogwarts."
