Fortune felt Thomas's arm drape around her shoulders as everyone climbed out.
Hayden and Hunter were instantly greeted by the mayor as they began chatting to him.
Naturally a few members of the public were already intrigued and excited, seeing the famous circus rolling through town.
"I'd ask if you were going to help us get settled but figured you'd have other plans?" Thomas asked teasing her slightly as he nudged her under his arm.
Julien moved to stand by her side as he cautiously looked down at her to see her answer.
She shook her head slowly. "I'll help you all set up first then we can take a walk?"
Thomas raised his eyebrows in shock as he seemed somewhat surprised by her choice but nodded as he removed his arm and turned to the car.
"Sure you don't wanna go find him?" Julien asked quietly.
Fortune shook her head as she gave him a small smile.
"I need to be a good ringmaster first."
He gave her a weak smile as he nodded and the pair turned to begin helping everyone set up.

"Yo Princess!"
Fortune's head snapped up as she saw Daryl standing, waving her over.
"Drinks?"
A smile grew on her face. "Don't have to ask me twice."
He laughed as she raced over to him.
Their past problems had long since been forgotten as the pair worked comfortably together.
"You know, I really love these pre-show-day drinks." Jacob laughed as the squad walked along the streets.
"So does Fortune." Hunter teased as he draped his arm around her shoulders and gently tugged her along.
Yet as everyone was talking and joking between themselves, Fortune stopped.
She froze in the spot as her eyes were glued across the street.
Hunter looked down at her blankly as she'd stopped them walking. Hayden looked up as he followed her gaze.
