Thirsty

Waking up I hear the shower running. I turn over as Lucifer is gone.

He usually waits for me.

I stretch as the shower turns off. Getting up I walk into the bathroom and I look at Lucifer.

His towel is around his waist as he brushes his teeth.

After he finishes he glanced over to me. "Get ready we're going to L.A." He orders harshly.

My brows furrow and I open my mouth to speak. "Just get ready." He says harsher.

Excuse me.

I stay quiet and strip from my clothes as I get into the shower.

He exits the bathroom and I'm left alone. Why is he being such a fucking dick?

After showering I blow dry my hair and brush my teeth.

Coming out of the bathroom I notice Lucifer is gone.

I get dressed.

Leaving the room I look around for Lucifer. I walk downstairs as he's at the door.

"Ready?" He questions. I nod my head. "Let's go." Lucifer orders.

LUCIFER:

I know I'm being harsh on her...I'm just acting as if I don't care...and maybe it won't be as bad for me when I have to let her go.

She wont ever understand why I'm doing this, no matter how much I try and explain myself.

I just know I won't forgive myself if anything bad happens to her, or if she gets killed.

After what happened with Alessandro I've always known Im doing her harm.

She deserves peace.

ATHENA:

This whole trip to L.A seems a little rushed. Why wouldn't he mention it sooner?

Getting into the SUV I don't see Ivan or Isabella.

"Where's Ivan and Isabella?" I ask Lucifer. "This trip is just me and you." He answers. "Oh alright." I reply.

We arrive at the airport as we enter inside. The driver takes my luggage.

"Lucifer, Im extremely confused right now." I say. "There's nothing to be confused about, now go sit." He orders.

I sit down as I turn my head and see him head over to the bar.

He drinks his whiskey and soon comes back as he sits beside me.
