Chapter 9: Shed

Me and Eddie were asleep. Eddie woke up and started playing with my hair. I woke up and looked at him. "morning munson" I said.

"morning may" He said through his smile. Me and him sat up. I looked over to him. "Hey um I left some stuff at Reefer Ricks house and I was wondering if you wanted to go there so I could pick it up." He asked me.

"Um yea sure, what did you leave there?" I asked.

"Uh you know like joints and shit." He responded. I had no idea he smoked. I mean he looks like he does it's just I never thought he would.

"Yea let's go." I said to him. Me and him both got dressed and left to my car.

Once we pulled into the driveway me and him went into the shed. He grabbed a little baggie that has his stuff in it. Me and him sat down on the boat. He lit one of his joints and offered me some. After us both having a couple hits I started to feel it. Me and him sat there smoking when we heard a car pull in. I looked outside and there was a blonde boy with two other people next to his sides.

"There's a blonde boy out there" I said to Eddie. He immediately looked up at me with concern.

The boys went inside the house and started looking around. I looked to Eddie trying to think of what to do. "Here help me with this." He said picking up the boat.

Me and him carried the boat to outside. We started to try to turn on the boat boat when I heard "Hey freak where do you think your going?" The blonde boy asked. "Shit Eddie it's not working" I yelled. Eddie came next to me and tried turning the thing on. He gave up and we started paddling.

The boys started swimming towards us. "Hey stay back man! Stay back!" Eddie yelled at them. The blonde boy yelled at the other kid while me and Eddie tried to get away.

Suddenly the boy was pulled underwater. Me and Eddie looked to each other in worry. Suddenly Patrick was thrown up into the air. His body was just in the air. His bones snapped. Then his eyes. They just went in and he fell into the water. Me and Eddie fell back into the water. We began to swim as far away as possible. We were scared.

Once we got to land. We ran into the woods. After some running we were sitting under a tree. I looked over to Eddie and just hugged him.

"It's going to be okay." He said as he rubbed my back. I pulled away from the hug and looked at him.

"How do we contact the others?" I asked him. He looked over to me.

"I have a idea." He said smirking. Me and him walked over to a construction site. Once we got there we were sitting in the woods still out of sight. I looked at the walkie talkie. I reached my arm out and made it come to us. It came quick. I got in my hands and me and Eddie ran. We ran over to skull rock and sat down.

Eddie contacted Dustin. "They will be coming soon." He said to me. I hope they come soon. Me and Eddie sat down under the rock. I looked over to Eddie. "I'm so sorry you got involved in all this shit." I said to him.

Eddie looked over to me and scooted closer to me. "Hey it's not your fault you know?" He said.

"Yea..." I said. As I laid there I began to realise how tired I was. I began to fall asleep.

"I concur, You Dustin Henderson, are a total butthead." I heard and began to wake up.

"Jesus we thought you were a goner:" Dustin said and hugged Eddie.

I fell back asleep not caring about what they were saying. Then I heard it.

I immediately jumped up and looked around. I woke up to late. I looked around and I wasn't at Skull Rock. It was my apartment. "Hello?" I yelled.

Suddenly a gate appeared in front of me. I walked over to it. I began pushing myself through it. Once I got through my eyes opened and Everyone was standing in front of me. "What happened?" I asked.

Once everyone saw I was awake they let out sighs of relief. "Astrin are you okay?" Eddie asked hugging me.

"Yes what even happened?" I asked.

"You like left us for a second." Dustin said.

"What do you mean?" I asked hella confused.

"I looked like you were trying to find someone." Dustin responded. What? I thought I was a victim of Vecnas.

"I thought I was cursed so why did it look different?" I asked.

"I don't know Astrin it looked like you wanted to find Vecna. Also your nose. It's bleeding." Dustin said.
