{ Time Skip } { a month later }

It's been 1 month since I was last in Mark's office. I started my detective work as well. Right now I'm in Mark's office because we were gonna work on the project together since I'm free. And he's also in a meeting right now and I want to check on him but that will be difficult in my situation so I just sat in his office and wait patiently and just being on his laptop looking at stuff. While I was doing that suddenly someone barged in and scared the living crap out of me. When they did I noticed it was a girl and damn so far this girl doesn't have any manners because they don't know how to knock. Then I sighed and said...

Me: "Excuse me ma'am? Can I help you?"

???: "I'm looking for Mark Tuan?"

Me: "He's in a meeting right now but may I ask who you are?"

???: "I'm Khloe..."

Me: "Well Hi Khloe... I'm Ryliean. It's nice to meet you."

When I said that I said it with a friendly smile and she just nodded at me. Then I had to urge to ask her something and so I said...

When Khloe said that I chuckled and whispered "more like ex fiancée"... but wait for some reason I'm getting the feeling that this might be the reason why he's so cold sometimes. When Khloe said that for some reason I felt triggered and then I immediately yelled and said...

When she said that she smirked at me and her saying those things hits hard for some reason. Then while I was feeling hurt Khloe came towards me and was about to slap me but I caught her hand in time and then I said...

Me: "You know just because I can't use my legs it doesn't mean I can't use my hands you know! And I have fast reflexes as well."

When Khloe said that she smirked and I was hurt and I felt like crying and suddenly she slapped me again making me fall off the couch. Then I burst out into tears and whispered to myself saying "Hubby... please come save me." When I whispered that Khloe just continued hitting me and I can tell she's having fun.
