Announcer: And that's how it all shakes down, folks! Haru will fight Jackie Chan and Goku will fight Nam in the Semi-finals!
He explained as one of the judges began to advance all the semi finalists forward on the white board.
Announcer: But what's really amazing is the age and size of these two semifinalists! Take a look at these guys! It's phenomenal!
He presented the two semifinalists, Goku and Haru on the stage.
Announcer: One younger than the other but both still pretty young compared to their counterparts!
Bulma: I can't believe Goku's tail grew back, you guys! This could be a serious problem!
Puar: No kidding! Imagine the damage he would do if he transformed in a city like this!
Oolong: If that kid goes ape, the whole planet's doomed!
Krillin: Uh... You've got a tail on your back..
Krillin wondered as he stared at Goku's tail standing over the wall.
Goku: Mhmmm! That's where tails grow, silly! They'd look funny anywhere else!
Haru: Well you've got a good point Goku but you shouldn't even have a tail, that's not normal!
Before they could continue their conversation the announcer approached the two semifinalists.
Announcer: Let me congratulate you both! You two have such talent! And at such a tender age! It doesn't seem possible, does it?! So, Haru I heard that your fifteen years old! Goku, how old are you, son?!
Haru: Oh yeah, I was never bothered to ask. Jow old you are...?
Goku: Hm? What's this...? Is it for me?
Goku stared at the mic the announcer held close to him. He stared at it with a visible confused face.
Haru: I believe that, that's called a mic?...
Goku: A mic?
Haru: Yes, a microphone!
Krillin: You're supposed to talk unto it!
Krillin yelled feom the back as the People in the stance heard their conversation since they were close to the mic and they began giggling and laughing.
Seeing how Goku was acting the announcer nervously chuckled.
Announcer: I see! A joke! What funny little guy! Yes!
Krillin: He's hopeless....!
Yamcha: I'm just glad I'm not up there with him.
Haru: Goku, do you know your age? He's still waiting for your answer.
Haru reminded pointing to the announcer who stood next to them.
Goku: Oh! You want to know how old I am! Okay! Well, let's see!
He began to count using his fingers taking his time.
Goku: Eight, nine, ten, eleven! I know! I'm twelve!
Haru: Twelve sounds about right.
Bulma: Twelve, and fifteen, huh?! I always thought Goku was closer to my age and Haru was older! Well it just goes to show you-- You think you know somebody...
She stared at the two looking a little puzzled.
Announcer: Goku, I must say it is a bit unusual that you have a tail! How'd that come about?!
Krillin: See, told ya!
They all turned to Krillin who stood proud of hismelf
Krillin: That tail isn't exactly normal, you know...! In fact, I've never heard of a person who had one! Is it real?
