The sensational World Martial Arts Tournament has ended with Jackie Chan capturing the win from Goku. Goku had no idea that his opponent was really Master Roshi in disguise.
Yamcha: So, are you up for a second helping of training on Master Roshi's Island?
Krillin: You bet!
Master Roshi: Now hold on! Let's not get ahead of ourselves. You boys have earned a break before we begin the next phase of training. It's time you learned some lessons from the greatest scholar of all: Life!
Goku & Krillin: Really?
Master Roshi: Um-hum!
Goku: Great, then I'm gonna go find my grandpa's four-star Dragon Ball!
Once he said that they all turned to face him with puzzled faces.
Yamcha & Bulma: Huh?
Oolong: What's the rush?
Haru: You don't have to go looking for it straight away.
Bulma: There's plenty of time. Are you sure you wanna start looking now?
Goku: Mm-hmm.
Krillin: Wait a minute! What in the world is a Dragon Ball?
Haru: They are seven Mystical Balls that grant you any wish, once all seven are gathered.
Goku: It's a magical ball my grandpa gave me.
Krillin: Oh.
He just looked down looking more confused than he did before he asked the question.
Master Roshi: Mmmm... Maybe you should take someone with you...
Master Roshi said seeing how Krillin would be left with him if Goku went looking for the Dragon Balls by himself.
Goku: I'll have the Flying Nimbus to keep me company.
Oolong: Goku, he's right. You going out alone is a bad idea.
Puar: It's too scary!
They tried to talk him out of it
Goku: It'll be an adventure!
They sounded worried and they tried to talk him out of it but Goku was too light headed to notice how worried they looked.
Master Roshi: I'm sure Krillin would love to go!
Krillin: Uh...? Actually, Master, I was looking forward to going with you to your island so we could start training for the next tournament.
Master Roshi: Hmm?!
Hearing that caught Master Roshi off guard since that's the least he wanted to do right now.
Master Roshi: Look, kid, what do I have to do, spell it out for you? I need you to leave! Scram! You're cramping my style!
Master Roshi yelled at Krillin, sounding more frustrated than he usually was.
Krillin: In the next tournament I want to score big!
Master Roshi: So do I.
Master Roshi: More than you'll ever know. I can see it now. Cocktails at sunset, a gorgeous gal, Launch!
He began imagining himself and Launch sitting on the beach, drinking cocktail while the sunset, alone, and by themselves.
Master Roshi: Oh, well. I guess there goes that little slice of heaven.
Goku: Where are you going?
He asked Yamcha and Bulma who stuck close to each other.
