tony finally got the food ready and placed you on a chair ready to feed you. you were a little sluggish in coordination skills so tony just decided to feed you instead of letting you make a mess and him needing to clean it up after. tony started doing the airplane move making you smile and laugh taking the spoonful of food he scooped up. you finally finished your food now sitting on the couch watching MLP sitting in now a 3-4 year old headspace. tony put the plates and spoon in the sink going to go sit down next to you when Friday spoke up. "sir it seems that Steve Rogers is moving up to your floor his heart rate is fast and his actions are looking bad. he has peter there with him peters heart rate is showing signs of panic should i do lock down for this floor?" tony stopped in his tracks ready to say lockdown but the door opened and Steve stormed out with peter who looked close to crying.
"Steve, leave peter alone and come talk to me outside so you don't disturb Y/N." tony said calmly trying not to get over angry at his presents. Steve pushed peter away making peter fall forward banging his head on the floor, tony look shock now looking at peters still body. "STEVE! what the hell!!? get out! i was going to talk but you cant go pushing over MY KID!" tony said voice raising every word. Steve walked up to tony not caring and said "where is the brat?" tony already did the motion for Friday to call other avengers to the floor. "Steve i would suggest leaving now, i am going to talk to fury at our next meeting about you. for now leave this level and cool off. and say sorry to peter." after tony's little rant he and Steve heard crawling noises coming towards them
"brada? why chu plawying deadises?" you said bending down to see what peter was doing. tony instantly ran over to you picking you up to protect you afraid that Steve would hurt you. "steve. leave now." tony said darkly. from that name you started crying your eyes out ruffling your head into tony's neck hiding. Steve was seeing red he was about to lunge when the elevator bings and Natasha, Bucky and Wanda came out.
Wanda grabbed Steve with her magic while Natasha came running to you hugging you and cooing while Wanda took Steve to the same place where they held Loki. Wanda was not gentle with Steve thrashing him around being extra rough with her actions while back at the room with you Bucky picked up Peter rushing him down to the medical bay while Natasha was walking around humming a Russian tune that was slowly luring you asleep you dropped your paci when you were on the couch so you started sucking on hem of the shirt of black widow. She didn't mind she actually found it adorable. She cooed kissing your head moving you to the couch and placing you down gently.
Natasha walked off and went to tony to talk. She knew something was bothering him his whole body mood changed and he was overall quiet. She walked over to tony who was in his room on his bed doing nothing but staring at the wall small stray tear just boiling at his eyes. Nat just sits down next to him not saying anything just watching him sit there in shock? Sadness? Anger? She could not tell. "tony.. what's wrong?" she whispered. tony looks her way and sniffles in and said "i just- feel bad. y/n is going through so much and now i cant even protect peter. and on top of that may left them and now i am going to adopt them and its so much at one time!" he said now tear pouring out of his eyes. Natasha sighed and hugged tony providing comfort to him, "i get it tony but the peter thing was not your fault, we are getting fury on the case of Steve. i can look after y/n for a bit while you rest i will get pepper in how does that sound?" she said calmly knowing if she was to loud tony would get more stressed.
tony nodded and laid back closing his eyes trying to fall asleep waiting for his loved one to arrive. Natasha got a small bag out and filled it with some over night stuff. she waited until her spike of anger went, she never knew about may abandoning her own family her own bloodline. she sighed knowing she cant change what's happens and stood up and went to grab you for a mama widow and little spider sleepover. she also made sure to remember to bring you to peter to check how he was holding up. she picked up your sleeping frame and placed a boop on your nose giggling when you snuggled closer to her.
she smiled and cradled you close like you were her own child, she felt special that you had this bond with you as she couldn't have kids of her own. she smiled while bringing you to her floor where her and Bruce stayed. she kept humming her Russian song to keep you as long as sleep as possible before she spends a day with her little spider!
