slow chapters, i am working on a new book as this is sadly almost at completion. the new book is a "horror" and im so excited to get it started!
tony woke up on his workbench looking around not realizing the drool on his chin. he got up and pulled out his phone scrolling down on the media finding nothing interesting he got to the elevator and pressed Peter's number to get him up to his own room. finally, the elevator stops, and tony steps out walking to the room where peter was sleeping soundly. he smiled and picked up the teen and took him to the elevator where he press their floor and waits for it to go up. he looked at the clock times in the elevator reading 5:45 am sighing realizing how tired he actually was.
he stepped out of the elevator still holding onto peter and taking him to his room to get more sleep before morning hits. he turns to Peter's room and places him on the bed tucking him in before walking out and going to the table where he left some work for current him to do. he read through the notes where one stood out in bold writing ~"get the court session ready."~ he groaned knowing this will take a bit to get ready but he knew it was also worth the hassle to get you and peter as his kids. he picked up his phone and started planning the court session ahead of him.

pepper shifted around opening her eyes and instantly closing them from the blinding sun that shone through the window. she groaned and sat up remembering that you were here in bed but was found that it was empty. she jolted out of the bed wondering where you possibly went. she rushed out of the room and went straight to the first place she could think of, the kitchen. rushing in she saw you on the counter stuffing a pot of yogurt down your gob. she laughed slowing down her pace knowing she had all the time in the world to get there. pepper yawned walking over to greet you and your face full of yogurt. she chuckled and grabbed a paper cloth running it lightly underwater to go wash your face that was smothered with food.
on the other hand, tony was outside talking with his lawyer about planning this court case angst aunt may. "I need you to place a date with the judge and make sure May knows about it! I'm not letting these kids stay under custody with that bitch! she is abandoning them so get this case set up soon and make sure to notify me!" tony said with a slightly raised voice losing his patience. he clicked the end button and stepped back into the room hearing small giggles come from the room. he let out a small smirk walking into the room where he heard the giggles. he looked and saw pepper his love and you having a tickle battle. he smiled walking up to you to join in.
he laughed as you jumped on him attacking his neck laughing as he squirmed around and you stood up in victory holding your hands up in the air. tony got up looking back to see a tired peter walk out of the room and the still laughing pepper in the kitchen making him some sort of breakfast. he picked you up and placed you on the couch turning on the television to some random channel that was playing MLP. he looked back seeing your eyes instantly glued to the television. happy with how content you were he walked back to the kitchen walking behind pepper who was making a light conversation with peter.
"well good news I have got someone to start and plan a court case angst may." tony said when they stopped talking. pepper smiled and turned around to face him, "perfect! soon we will start talking with the lawyer about what to say and we need to plan it so this doesn't go public i don't want people to hate on may even though what she did was horrible," pepper said making tony smile, "you have to of a kind heart dear," he said moving away towards the coffee maker. "yea when I want," she said walking to get the toast which just popped up. "can you two stop flirting?" peter said with a blank expression. making the 2 stop and burst out laughing.
suddenly Tony's phone rang, he looked down and picked it up answering formally. he nodded and walked over to the table where a piece of paper was, tony nodded grabbing a pen from his skirt scribbled down dates grumping thanks, and placed his phone down. looking up to pepper before exclaiming,
"the court case is next week"
