~.drawing the hurt away.~

decided to smash out a chapter before the holiday enjoy darlings <3

you lift your head to see pepper getting oil paints and expensive pencils with canvas. she was holding you taking you to the floor of her room putting the tv on handing the stuff to you. she sat down next to you and opened the colours handing you a random colour. "would you like to draw while we chat?" she said smiling when you took the colour pencil swapping it out for your favorite colour. you went to the canvas and started drawing patterns while blinking slowly calming yourself down from being worked up. pepper picked you up placing you between her legs dragging the stuff closer to your reach. she started playing with your hair humming. "so.. as i said before i got these out so you could do something while i have a chat, this will be a hard chat but it needs to happen soon" pepper said while you hummed and drew nodding your head to show that you understood. 

"this will be hard to process, but i will get to the point of this chat me and tony want to be come your legal guardian. may has taken the wrong choice and has not bothered to see you guys, my question is would you like us to?" pepper said softly trying not to show her hidden sadness, worry and anger. you stopped painting turning to look at peppers face. "s-she what? why doesn't she want to see me? what did i do wrong?" you replied clearly in a bigger headspace. pepper sighed and said "i dont know hunny, im sorry she turned out like that. we have had a serious chat with her she wont tell us" pepper replied looking down to see tears reforming in your eyes.

you look down and grab a pencil and started doing the painting again but soon changed to red and adding more angry looking stuff in it. pepper knew it would take a bit of thinking for an answer to come out, she was expecting that to happen. she just knew she needed to get peter to also have a chat to help you understand what they both were asking without overwhelming you to a massive extent. you just grit your teeth and scribble down drawing and getting the anger out. pepper hugged you placing her head on yours she didn't even realize she was crying onto you until she felt your head turn to look at her seeing her vision burred with tears. you placed your hand on her check and turned cuddling into her body before saying "would you take care of me forever and also peter?" she looked down and said "ofc we would. we fell in love with you both the day we meet you." (PLATONIC LOVE EVERYONE!!) you nodded and said "then its okay to adopt me and peter." 

pepper gasped and hugged you tightly tears of pain turning into tears of joy and relief, now you feeling safer then ever cuddled into the warmth of your soon to be new mother. you touched the side of your headphones and a song played through your ears. you smiled and started humming to the lyrics soon starting to softly and quietly sing the lyrics.

pepper sat amazed but calmed at the tone of the song still cradling you like she would loose you to something so evil. you kept humming the tune soon stopping nuzzling into peppers neck now absorbing both the song and the warmth. pepper stands up and moves to the bed which was clean from her papers, opening the covers and laying you down and asking javis to play the song playing in your headphones. he turns on soldier and with that she takes off your headphones to let you have more of a comfortable sleep. you snuggled into her and soon drifted off into a sleep that never felt so safe. 

~tony pov

tony woke up on a couch, he didn't remember falling asleep but he guessed he needed it as he felt as good as new. but he was unsure of what to do, his clueless and sleepy state was still with him. he looked around and saw the workshop door open deciding that he was going to check up on peter then pepper then you. he stood up and walked out getting to the elevator clicking the button to the floor peter was on. he waited awkwardly waited as Javis played uncomfortable elevator music. he reached peters floor and walked out remembering the way there soon enough was at the door of it reaching out to open the door but heard soft snores. he chuckled and thought, he is sleeping i should let him be helps his fast healing. before turning to go back to his floor where his wife was working somewhere.

he got to the correct floor and stepped him seeing nothing had changed in the living room going to check the study now walking closer and looking in to see the study seeing no one was there. he walked to the room opposite and opened it knowing it was his bedroom opened it and first thing he heard was a soft tune of a song playing then looked at the bed seeing his wife and soon to be son in the bed cuddling. he smiled in awe and signaled javis to take a photo adding it to the list of other photos he kept in a secret collection for a special present later on. he closed the door closely to not wake the 2 up walking down to the hallway and was stopped by a big fluffy dog. "hello Milkia, how are you girl? are you hungry?" he asked the dog spinned and ran to the spot where he food bowl was located. he chuckled and got the food out putting 2 cups of it into and let her eat while smiling to himself but also preparing himself for the court case ahead of him. 

YESSS i got out a chapter before my holiday- this just shows how much i love you guys, remember to eat and drink but if you cant then thats okay! <3 my messages are open for everyone to vent. stay safe lovies!
