"I am a monster..." she says as she turned away from him; pain strewed on her face. His heart never felt so full before but all he knew is that she was everything to him. It didn't matter if she was elf or of man.
Instinctively he placed a hand on her shoulder turning her back to him as he wrapped his arms around her "No, Raewyn. You are the best of both worlds" Her eyes widened as she looked at him with tears in her eyes.

Raewyn's story is special for she was special; she truly was part of two worlds, one world of man where she was casted away at a young age and one world of elves where she is held with pity. Her heart yearns to be loved at a young age but as she grew the only love she developed was life and nature just like any other elf.
What happens when a boy from her past became a man and changed her view of love? What happens when her past travels back in and bit by bit; her world crashes down? Can she be saved or will she perished among the many in the quest of the One Ring?

So Raewyn will have multiple relationships going on with many of the LOTR cast. Frodo and Legolas are considered her best friends and like Gandalf who would travel to see Bilbo, bonded with Frodo due to them not having their parents. Frodo, Sam, Pippin and Merry call Raewyn "Wyn" or "Winnie"
Gandalf; she considers more of a father figure than anything. Lord Elrond; she has a deep love for her uncle early on; they share the gift of sight and in that they bonded with her being the last connection to Elrond's sister.
Her relationship with Boromir and Faramir broke at a young age for her but they were enthralled with the idea of a sister. They did not know what became of her after their father got rid of Valora and Raewyn.
Denethor; her father did not know that Valora, Raewyn's mother, was an elf. She hid the fact she was one for a long time although her mother's ears were not as pointy as a normal elves. Upon finding out; he casted them out of Minas Tirith, never wanting to see them again.
Valora; Raewyn's mother, is the younger sister of Elrond of Rivendell. She was a warrior in many ways and traveled far and wide. In the realm of Gondor; in Minas Tirith, she meets Denethor who was completely smitten with her especially years after the death of his wife who bore Boromir and Faramir.
And lastly Aragorn; they met at a young age when he was being raised by Elrond and knowing him by the name of Estel. It was then Raewyn came to Rivendell after the passing of her mother. Raewyn was about the same age in man years but looked younger because of her elven blood. Raewyn was 5 years of age where she was sent with Gandalf to travel, separating the two. They did not see each other until the Prancing Pony and even then they didn't know who each other were as she introduced herself as Wyn/Winnie.
