The wolf's growl disappeared as it slowly got closer to Amy, the beast was in awe of Amy.

Jack pointed the tip of the blade at the wolf's neck as he growled back for reference. "You wild beast, go back to your own grounds. This is ours for the time being, you ugly beast." The wolf growled at Jack, showing all its teeth.

Each tooth was like a razor blade in its mouth. The wolf's mane stood on end as he approached Jack's sword with no care. Leaf growled back at the wolf, making a similar sound to what the wolf sounded like. "I cook your species for dinner every night, you horn like beast!" That ticked off the wolf and the thing rammed into Leaf, both falling back first to the ground. Jack couldn't help but laugh as Leaf wildly kicked and clawed at the wolf's face, he laughed hard enough he was gasping for air. "You bout done it you idiot." Leaf yelled. "Stop standing like a mannequin and help my belo ass!" Jack snickered but still unsheathed his sword and swung the sword. The wolf never saw it coming, Jack's sword cut right between the wolf's eyes.

Jack dragged the entire blade down its back as deep as he could go. It was such a clean and luscious cut; the wolf fell into two. But the single breath left in the wolf's body didn't go without one last single fight. Blood spitted on Jack, the blood spitted farther then Jack intended. Reaching Amy, leaving crimson all over her.

Guts lathered Leaf from head to toe. Leaf gagged as he threw the half of the wolf that fell on him, to the side. Leaf bent over and gagged more. "It got in me mouth!" Jack tried wiping what little blood he could off his shirt. "Well, you said you needed help, so I helped." Leaf roared as he sprayed guts everywhere with him waving his hands everywhere. "You son of a bastard, you knew what I meant!" Jack chuckled, showing signs that he had fun messing with him.

But then the smell of guts reeked the air, neither of them was laughing now. The smell smelled of raw flesh and rotten garbage. It got in both of the boys' mouths, no matter how well they might be trained or knew how to deal with animals. The smell was disgusting, especially If they could taste it in their mouth. Both gagged and made it worst, Jack quickly picked up Amy. Both speed walked away from the camp area till they tasted and smelt fresh air.

Leaf growled as he tried to get piece of guts out of his hair. "I reek of it, for god's sake I want to ring yo neck." Jack barked. "Stop complaining, I found us a lake you idiotic bird. Squeaking and complaining so much." Leaf grumbled and they walked towards the lake shore. Jack sat Amy down against a tree trunk right by the lake. The lake had a beautiful serene look to it. The water was a deep-sea blue, with olive green lily pads, here and there. The lake was like a crater, it had two sides with trees making a divider between the two parts of the lake.

Before Jack could say anything, Leaf took off his baggy rag shirt and dropped his pants. Leaf dove head first in the lake, he reappeared a few seconds later, with his head out the water. Leaf laughed. "This lake is from a waterfall, it's so chilly but naturally warm!" Jack growled as he put down the backpack. "Such a fool going back sided naked into there. I hope you catch something!" Leaf flipped to his back as he floated on his back and laughed. "If I was to catch a single-handed disease of something, then I would give it to you mate!" Jack went to the shore and kneeled down as he cupped some water into his hands.

He started washing the blood off his shirt, refusing to get in the water and leave Amy to fend for herself. Leaf protested and knew what Jack was worrying about without Jack even having to say anything. "We both can see her from right here, and if anything was to touch ma lady we both would be out in a quick whip." Jack stated as he took some water to his hair. "Such a fool, you would never serve your royals good." Leaf flipped from his back as he floated in the water, he eyed Jack and went under water. Jack was almost done with getting all the blood off, when he felt hands grab him by the back of the neck. Jack went to turn and swing his fist but the hands yanked him into the water before he could. Jack kicked and swung under the water before he resurfaced in the water. Leaf was a little way from Jack as he chuckled. "That's for the guts to the mouth hole, hog caretaker." Jack scowled him as he looked at Amy to make sure she was still there. "You dirty smuggler, that's foul play!" Leaf chuckled but Jack dove under the water for him. Leaf started kicking wildly and tried swimming back to the shore but jack pulled him underwater by the ankle. Leaf gasped under the water, taking a mouth full of water. Leaf started swinging wildly as he tried kicking up, Jack finally let him go when he realized what was happening. Leaf resurfaced with Jack at the same time. Leaf gasped. "You bastard! Trying to drown me, I see!" Jack snorted and started to make his way towards the shore. "A rat such as you would never drown." Leaf swam to Jack and pulled him by the back of the collar back into the water. Both boys started splashing and messing around, tormenting each other like brothers almost.
